- Four black bear kills packed into one hunting video on this web exclusive hunt from Eastmans' Hunting Journals. Bear hunting is an important tool for conservation of deer, elk and other wildlife. Elk calves and deer fawns are easy targets for hungry bears in the spring. One bear can eat as many as twenty elk calves in 30 days!

My daughter and I have been hunting for 3 years in SW Colorado without success.
Mayday area for 2 years then moved over by Durango. First time to see a bear was this year.
You know I'm glad you enjoy hunting you do you and I really wanted to start hunting so I started to watch videos but watching their reactions after they get shot just hurts too much for me I guess I'm too emotional for hunting I've been taking a hunter safety class but
@Alexander Emelianov its not like people all over the weat hunt or anything im 1 person and it isn't survival to me rn because I don't HAVE to kill it at that point in time, its only survival if you have too
@Alexander Emelianov this is the strongest argument for hunting I’ve heard so far
For me show respect as you harvest it even tho it's dead, yeah it does hurt but if it's for food and not killing them for fun like poaching then it's totally fine
This brings a whole new meaning to "we're going on a bear hunt, I'm not scared!".
👊 😆 we agree!
Nice! I live in southeast Colorado and just got a 436 lb black bear a few weeks ago.
What a beast! Congrats - you send in your hunt story and pictures for a chance to be featured in our magazine. Learn more here: www.eastmans.com/submit-a-story
Why’d you hunt a bear?
Great hunt’n fellas!
That’s awesome stuff right there
BEAUTIFUL BEARS
Hi, I'm Brazilian, I would like to know which caliber and which platform you would recommend for hunting wild boar. I'm in doubt between 1 weatherby vanguard select on 308 or 1 T4 platform AR15 5.56 or 300 blk
Vai perder muito porco no mato com 5.56. Iria de 308 ferrolho ou 300blk com ponta pesada subsônica. Boa sorte, e boa pergunta tb!
Very nice👏👏
Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome! 😀
Thanks! 😄
Nice what rifle were you using
Nice bears I'm working on hunter safety course and then I'm going to be hunting bears and deer
What make and model are the shooting sticks you are using in this video.
Verygood
Well done gentlemen. I would only say that, I don’t know what state you are hunting in but, on that third bear, it appeared you were shooting across a road.
They might have said and I didn't catch it but maybe this is on private property where shooting from/across a road wouldn't matter.
@@Jacoby380 Could be! Could also be nothing more than an old service road to a stock pond and since I didn’t know for sure I didn’t rail on ‘em for it. Ya just never know without the whole picture.
That is correct. These bears were taken on private property.
@@EastmansHuntingJournals Thanks for the clarification! Well done.
Which rifle caliber are you using
What do you do with bear ? Feed it to dogs ?
If you don't mind me asking, what guns did you guy use?
Thanks for your question. These bears were taken with a Savage Arms 110 in 6.5 Creedmoor
Great video guys! I hope you put out more bear hunting videos. By chance may I ask where you guys were hunting? What state?
Thanks for your question! These bears were all harvested in southeast Colorado.
@@EastmansHuntingJournals thank you. I just moved to Colorado and would love to harvest my first bear. Not sure where to go, but this will help.
Great job! Wish you would have pulled that last bear so we could have gotten a better look at it but that was a great hunt & thanks for saving the fawns & calfs 👍🍻🙌
Thanks 👍 We appreciate you watching and your feedback!
Jo's n gokil kang bule yes sir dari indonesia
Most states can't shoot across roads. Nice shot tho
What is this location where all these black bears are at?? It looks like NV
These hunts were in southern Colorado 👍
👍
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙏🙏🙏
That was one chonky bear in the intro
Right?! Talk about a waddle
Carzy cool!!
Why on earth are you hunting Bears? Genuinely curious
Bears are another piece of the pie in the western conservation model that require management. Just like any other big game animal. Black Bears are thriving in all of their home range and overpopulated in a lot of areas. Table fare is good and the hides are beautiful to have as keepsakes. Thanks for watching. -Dan
There is a lot of meat on bears and killing one to three isn’t the worst thing. Some people have killed more in one night than he has.
assert your dominance as the apex predator
I’m jealous as hell!!!
Soh un casador con experiensa de osos y venados y la verdad medio trstesa
En el video se oye cuabdo la bala inpacta en el oso
How will you deal with the meat and hide of the bears? Can you sell in the internet?
There are two types of animals. Beautiful animals and animals with guns
Bears are just a better tasting pig
👍👊

Poor baby..just living his own life moving along and then predator arsehole fires his gun...
Oh hun if you could only watch what that poor baby does when it shreds a fawn or elk calf to pieces….while it is alive. There is an over abundance of predators and they need to be reduced.
The state of Colorado has such a bear problem that the Division Of Wildlife is almost giving tags away. Is it sad? Yes, from a certain perspective, so don’t watch. But the numbers must be kept in check or the “poor baby” elk and deer population will suffer badly. The hunter is not an “arsehole”.
@@Kev-3006 but tree huggers are. They need to learn to check their unfounded emotions.
@@talisikid1618 I get your point and you’re not wrong. However, many on the comments they make are out ignorance so I take the approach of “education first”. 9 times out of 10 I’m ignored or told I’m still an “arsehole”. Even when confronted with logic and the practicality of hunting for game management, their emotions, pride or simple hatred won’t allow them to admit it makes sense.
@@Kev-3006 an abundance of predators? I think the animals were juust fine before this guy started makin money hunting them
Please don't kill the animals they've been put here for a purpose.. rather shoot with your camera.
This was so sad to watch smh
At least all these bears were big and fat. Sad to see them die tbh, especially when you watch an animal die. But i know why it needs to happen.
Its more concerning to me when I see a skinny, scraggly looking animal.
All this coming from a non-hunter so don’t trash on me too much 🤣
Why do we need to go out and actively put bullets in animals? I missed hunting 101 lol
Vergognatevi😠
Son asesinos 😡
No
Jesus loves you and died for you because your a sinner who’s condemned to hell accept him and repent of your sins to get to heaven He’s the only way. I hope you have a good day or morning or afternoon where ever you may be and God bless you take care
Senseless killing 👎
disgusting! i understand why you're hunting them, but the lack of emotion is so off-putting.
i see this same attitude with trophy hunters, flaunting their kills.
"look at me! look at what i just killed. i have the biggest dick!" despicable
Someone’s getting emotional, it’s not that they don’t have respect for the animals it’s the fact they’ve been doing this for a long time so they’re used to it, you must be on the wrong side of UA-cam
