That must be the first and only vegetarian estancia in Uruguay! 😀😀😀 Still beautiful place! I've been in estancias when I was a teenager but more on the north side of the country and one of the best memories I have, it was "helping" if I could call it that... to herd the cattle among other activities!!! Great memories!!!
What a wonderful place to stay. I have stayed in similar ranches in Paraguay. Perfect for getting away from the world, and getting spoilt with all the amazing food that is often homemade. Have wanted to visit Uruguay with my family for a while now, looks amazing.
