Strauss asparagus grader for green, white and purple asparagus Opti Sort G-series

The Strauss asparagus sorting machine are worldwide in use for quality sorting of green, white and purple asparagus. With different machine types with various capacities the machine can be tailored individually to our customer requirements. The machines cut and wash the asparagus before the surface of the asparagus will be recogniced all around and sorted. The machine is one part of the asparagus packing and could be combines with a Strauss GUB buncher.
