Marching Through Georgia, Dixie, and Battle Cry of Freedom. Beautiful playing, thanks for the video!
Thanks for the kind comment.
Thank you, Bill!
Thought I heard some Dixie in there as well, awesome banjo playing.
I thought I was the only one who heard that too
Cool picking.
Nice Hat!
Your style is real clean , love the way you play .. sounds like an old 75 record
Very well done, I've been listening to how you sing for the past 2 hours, man you're good, hope I can become as good as you are one day! :D
Nice job Bill, BEATS THE BAG PIPES ANYDAY!
Thankyou sir I appreciate your comment.
Excellent!!Great job!
Nice job on those tunes! :-)
Could you possibly post a video of Marching Through Georgia in G? Your version in C is the best one I've heard in that key.
Love it! Thank yo for sharing with us!!
Don't have a tab. I play by ear. I play this in Double C and in G depending upon which banjo I have at the time. I just listen to the tune over and over until I have it and then I"find it" on the instrument. Thanks for listening.
What a wonderful find! Bill, your playing banjo always makes me smile :)
Cool!!
wow cool
wow, that banjo is over 100 years old! Is that the original skin?_Almost_ makes me want to ditch my uke and pick up a banjo...Keep posting!
Thanks for the kind words. This is most likely not the original skin head. Probably from the 1940's or 50's.
