Not just a battle shonen because recently that basically all what people cares about and that is how overrated shows like Demon Slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen became popular. Chracters are developed, and theres a wide varied cast. the first few episodes might seem like its just a bunch of nonsense, but the plot continues to thicken stakes continue to raise and things continue to get awesome. You just really gotta watch it for yourself, its such a heartfelt and emotional experience.

See I've seen Gurren Lagann (as everyone should btw, highly recommended it's one of my all-time favorites) but I couldn't figure out why everyone was posting Anti Spiral out of context even though I knew what it was referencing.
It has nothing to do with that. There’s a new wave of pdf file bots commenting 🌀 which is a pdf file dog whistle. After bots started doing this, people posted anti spiral to show their opposition to pdf files and to hopefully stop the bots from commenting
most people find it annoying (albeit it is) i actually find it interesting because i can see how different communites react to it. for example, theres the typical ones where they usually say stuff like "you're not funny" or "rage bait used to be believable" and then there are some whom are straight up confused. some others are smart about it and ignore it, unfortunately very little do. (im not trying to offend anyone by saying that) then there are some whom actually like it although primarily in similar subjects where the comment originated from.

What's funny is that Gurren Laggan doesn't HAVE a power scale in the typical sense, that's the whole point. Ive seen the anime myself nearly 10 years ago, and do like how they play with the ridiculous naming of attack moves, and even tell people about the ending, where theyre throwing galaxies like shurikan.
At first, I thought it was some kind of joke or meme that I had never heard of or just didn't understand and seeing it made me feel five times older than I actually am. Turns out it was just people who forgor to take their pills.
