190cc with those brakes?? OMG that's pretty dangerous, i have a 90cc motorcycle and i'm suffering from them, im thinking of replacing them by disk brakes, trying to figure out the solution to fix that problem, any ways, good work.
youness ibn daouia yea 190cc with no disc brakes is really sketchy, wouldnt recommend it at all but making it work for now

@@401build haha sorry. Next time if you want to install the absorber, please add on a washer about two or three pieces at the bottom shaft and the upper shaft, because to avoid a losing position of the absorber. Thank you. Because i had use this motorcycle before.
from where did you get the steering roller bearings? on the original they are ball type, did you made some kind of conversion or mod?

Mocking69 honda cub is not a custom bike but the way i built it yes its a custom bike

Wouldn't put much faith in a info post when the person doing the build doesn't know how to tighten a bolt. If it has a but on one end you always tighten the nut...never the bolt. The only time you tighten a bolt is when it in a threaded piece.
Yessss because in the grand scheme of things it makes so much difference doesnt it Mr keyboard warrior? If you were working with this guy you wouldnt even know what tool he needed next.....

Packing a bearing means impregnating the whole cage with grease. You only wiped the surface, that will lead to premature wear.
