ingredients needed :
Two cups of rice
Here I have taken regular basmati rice
You can use High quality basmati rice if needed.
Vegetables :
Peas one cup socked
Two medium size potato
Two medium sized carrot
A cup of Tomato Puree
Two large onions sliced thinly
Fist full of coriander leaves and mint leaves.
To grind :
Ginger
Garlic
Two green chillies
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves .
Dry spices :
Chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Coriander powder two tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/4th table spoon
Garam masala powder half teaspoon
Salt to taste
