How did you solve that loose clutch lever? Was it just that the lifter plate should not be tightened that much?

Kit was not packed correctly

So how did you end up packing correctly if it was wrong the first time? I’m dealing with no clutch engaging issue right now as I type this.

I did it the same way with an electric impact gun my clutch nut came loose the bearing on the other end was destroyed threw metal pieces in the motor destroyed the whole thing had to replace the crank.
Make sure you use a torque wrench set to 47 foot lbs
