According to the original Final Fight demo, Haggar was born in 1943 which would make him 77 or 78 years old. There's no way he could be that buff and cut and be able to take on a gang of street thugs at that age.
If there is credits i bet it's the Arcade version which were never has been released but exist on some system like the Pandora Box. It's an "Arcadition" of the super nes/famicom game.
Edit : The base is the Famicom version, the super nes EU/US versions are censored : the girls enemies are replaced by fits guys, Won Won doesn't have a blade and no blood. So ridiculous censorship.
