Atualmente estou na Noruega, mas pretendo voltar para Florianópolis (SC) . No caso da Noruega a adaptação depende do estilo de vida que a pessoa tem no Brasil. Por exemplo, para quem gosta de Churrasco e Cerveja (aqui incluindo restaurantes) , talvez a Noruega seja um dos piores lugares do mundo, pois aqui é extremamente caro devido a alta tributação, ocorrendo, inclusive, contrabando de bebidas alcóolicas da Suécia para a Noruega. o Norueguês padrão não liga para estrangeiros, ou seja, não desagrada, porém não faz questão, também, de agradar, isso quer dizer que é extremamente dificil estrangereiros fazerem amigos noruegueses, é mais facil vc ter amigos de outras nacionalidades, mesmo da Europa como Italianos e Poloneses. Aparentemente os suecos são mais receptivos, mas a diferença não é muito grande. Caso pretenda morar na Europa os países mais indicados, pelo menos para uma adaptação inicial, são Espanha, Portugal e talvez Itália e Reino Unido. O Custo de vida na Noruega é extremamente alto, Inverno extremamente frio, o estilo de vida das pessoas são mais calmos, vc só vê muita gente em Oslo, nas cidades menores nã muito. Aprendi que fazer turismo é totalmente diferente de morar. Particularmente, prefiro Florianópolis que Oslo. Mas Se pretende ganhar dinheiro, tipo fazer pé-de-meia, a Europa só é bom para graduados em engenharia, pricipalmente as ligadas à Tecnologia, do contrário, o melhor lugar mesmo são os Estados Unidos. Deve Ter brasileiros que vive aqui e gosta muito por diversos fatores (Acredito que haja, inclusive, pessoas com canais de dicas para quem pretende morar aqui). Al que sabes que te lo va a devolver y pagar los intereses correspondientes; Elon Musk (al pobre, como mucho, le dejarás algunos centavos en el platillo). Con los países ocurre lo mismo, los inversores compran Bonos del Tesoro de aquellos países con capacidad de hacer frente a los intereses y devolver los préstamos (fíjate en la deuda de Afganistán, Nigeria, Uzbekistán...)
No caso específico dos EUA, não há uma distinção entre dívida interna e dívida externa porque ambas são denominadas em dolar. O que eles tem é apenas dívida pública. Тем не менее США развивается ( иногда бьістрее, иногда медленнее), ничего не разваливается, народ живет своей жизнью - кто лучше, кто хуже - в общем, все более-менее. С серединьі 80-х я живу постоянно в Канаде - тоже неплохо, хоть и не так как в рекламе или в кино показьівают. Так что все ети предсказания о скорой гибели американской економики вьізівают только ульібку.

Es simple, te lo explico con un ejemplo: Dos personas te piden prestados 1000 USD. una de ellas es Elon Musk y la otra es un pobre que pide limosna a la puerta de una iglesia ¿A quién le prestas el dinero? Al que sabes que te lo va a devolver y pagar los intereses correspondientes; Elon Musk (al pobre, como mucho, le dejarás algunos centavos en el platillo). Con los países ocurre lo mismo, los inversores compran Bonos del Tesoro de aquellos países con capacidad de hacer frente a los intereses y devolver los préstamos (fíjate en la deuda de Afganistán, Nigeria, Uzbekistán...)

Eles tem taxas de juros negativa, nos não. Isso fora que boa parte de suas dívidas é externa e não pública. Ao contrário do que muitos pensam, a dívida pública costuma ser mais danosa a economia de um País do que dívida externa, mas o PT se fez de burro quando trocou boa parte da nossa dívida de juros mais baixo, por dívida pública de juros mais altos.
