Stone mills aren't common here, but maybe a hobby potter's wheel might make a good base to start modifying. I love the press with the bidirectional rollers. Oh so many ideas you have given me. The title should be: how to destroy an expensive stone mill to make an unnecessary roti sheeter. However, the version of this idea would be great for a commercial roti machine. Good job 👍👌

How to make roti?
First, buy a highly uncommon and expensive wet grinder.
Any mixer would do which has a functional motor
