For 2.48 it was quick I would say about 40 min to setup lights and stuff. Usually core is dp,gaffer,grip. If we go more advance then we bring more people. Sometimes you dp,gaffer,grip like one band but that is not ideal speed for type of commercial where you need to have couple different setups showing different type of day or weather then having extra hands can speed up whole thing easy
