Who makes " laws" government Agencies or CONGRESS? Well as we learned in school CONGRESS makes laws not the CDC,FDA,ATF,IRS,FBI,CIA, BLM, AND EPA!!
Hello bot
@@Beantastrophewell is the” bot “ wrong🤷♂️
ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES make the laws via Congress. Not unelected bureaucrats and functionaries.
BLM wiil be the LAW in 2025. BIDEN ALL THE WAY!!!!
Federal agencies do not make laws, and never have. Stop listening to Republican propaganda.
Since Chevron was ultimately illegal, you have nothing to reclaim except working legally in the first place. 😅
Because, of course, lawmakers and judges know so much more than experts like.....doctors when managing public health.
Or like wildlife biologists when protecting the environment. I live in west Texas and have already heard so many horror stories about oil companies not reporting oil spills because they don't want to pay for it, and this is with people helping to monitor and regulate these companies. Imagine what it will be like when companies go unchecked, whether with oil, food, medicine. Many of them will not serve the best interest of the public. They will serve their own best interests.
@@taylaprichard8314 yes. Because money can buy so much more than ones values. The kids got to eat. Every man for himself.
@@mamatrain100then those people need take any new law they want enacted to congress, then congress will debate the issue and decide if it should be a law.
@@taylaprichard8314how do you know about those “ oil spills “ if they wasn’t reported?
Y'all in congress need to reread the constitution not rewrite it. You gave your power or I should say We The People's power away due to your laziness and or your refusal to up hold your oath of office to protect the Bill of rights and the Constitution of the United States Of America. Congress shall make no laws abrogating the Constitution. Shall not be infringed. There start with those two laws to begin with.
F WTP
😅😅😅😅😅a😮aa😅😅😮😮😮really 😅😅
The states can modify the Constitution at any time. That's where amendments come from. There are several amendments pending now.
@@ThereIsNoOtherHandleLikeMine we dont need to change it tho. Nobody alive today is as intelligent as the framers
the supreme court dropped on the constitution. We DO NOT ALL AGREE ABOUT WHAT IT SAYS.
LIKE THE BIBLE, GREEDY EVIL MEN USE THE TEXTS TO HARM OTHERS.
No the people need to reclaim our authority and ensure every member of congress and the senate need to understand they are to work in the best interest of the nation. Not their pockets
That's exactly what they are doing by trying to remove all of this red tape from federal non-existant administrative law. The executive branch is a bigger problem than the legislative
Here's a novel idea for our Legislators: Make laws that are Constitutional, concise and clearly written.
Yep. Congratulations. Earn your wages.
The time it takes for these “looking at” periods are ludicrous
No you don't. We need more liberties and less regulatory agencies. The most prosperous era in American history happened to coincide before the expansion of government regulatory agencies. Not a coincidence. Congress itself needs less power. The power was originally intended to be in the hands of the citizens, not government agencies.
Congress needs to do the work of the people, not the wealthy, or else they may face a short drop with a quick stop
Chevron reversal is for the wealthy. No oversight. Here come the poisons - DuPont anyone ???
Oh keyboard warrior.
Does this mean taking time out from raising money for "re-election fund"?
That and presidential immunity. For 248 years that stood.
Why are democrats frothing over unelected bureaucrats not being able to write law?
Maybe, hear me out here, maybe if they spent their time not fundraising or doing insider trading and instead both political parties actually wrote and voted on real bills to become law within the confines of the constitution the USSC would not have to interfere with the legislative branch of government.
Because then democrats would have to publicly declare by vote they did something the people don’t want done.
How about you get the federal deficit in order
Keep the earth clean
The ftc is kicking ass. HE JUST NO LIKEY
Its funny these guys act like tehy are not working hand and hand with these departments ..the whole system is broken the house needs to be accountable to the people as well
He's gonna give back what he stole too
Money is being granted too much power with the working classes being shoved into a small corner. Transparency is a necessity. Price controls and competition are being phased out for profitablity without a heart or consideration if actual needs. The oil industry has impacted the health of the entire gulf of Mexico, and ignores it's responsibilities regarding the fouling of potable ground water to the peril of humanity. It also impacts healthcare, by fraudulence and failing in controlling price and availability. Computer hacking needs much stronger regulations and penalties as well.
You have No idea what your talking about, I live and work no the Gulf of Mexico. The oil industry is Very Very regulated pollution in our industry is not Tolerated. Get Your Facts Straight.
Chevron always deferred to congressional authority. Now you need to reclaim that authority from the courts by being more specific in your legislation. Good luck with passing that now.
No
@@darklelouchg8505 can you help me understand your disagreement?
Congress cannot delegate power it does not have.
The supreme court held when they took down Chevron that Congress doesn't even have the authority to delegate power that it DOES have. Even if Congress was granted a power by the constitution, doesn't mean the constitution grants them the ability to delegate some power. Congress never delegated any powers they do not have tho
Congressional Authority, Oversight, and Responsibility is Constitutionally Correct. Chevron, while well intentioned, has come to circumvent all three.
Yes. And Now!
Congress needs to aggressively regain its independence from AIPAC.
Then pass laws
Im from Missouri so show me
Your authority? Why haven't you read the Constitution? Congress does not have, and has NEVER had, any authority to enforce our laws. The Constitution gives that power to the Executive Branch, and the Supreme Court has now taken that power away and given it to the Judicial Branch.
No it did not. It stripped the Executive branch of legislative power. Your opinion is completely incorrect
@@darklelouchg8505 The Executive Branch has never made a law, dark. Not once. Ever. Congress has, for CENTURIES, passed legislation specifying its goals and left it up to the Executive Branch to enforce the mechanisms needed to achieve those goals. The Executive Branch, in turn, has staffed its agencies with experts who understand the issues and can achieve Congress' goals through rules and regulations, which is why the USC and the CFR are two entirely different things. The Court, with this ruling, has given the Judicial Branch enforcement powers even though it lacks the staff, research capacity, budget, expertise, and Constitutional authority to do so. This ruling is an economic disaster.
Sure wish I knew what all the letters mean , confusing to the lay person.
*Where will people be resurrected?* Some people are resurrected to life in heaven to rule as kings with Christ. (2 Corinthians 5: 1; Revelation 5: 9, 10) The Bible calls this “the first resurrection” and “the earlier resurrection,” both expressions implying that there is another resurrection to follow. (Revelation 20: 6; Philippians 3: 11) This later resurrection will be to life on earth, which the vast majority of those brought back to life will enjoy.-Psalm 37: 29.
This is one reason why the Democrats want to jail Thomas. Their autocracy is being disrupted.
individuals need to reclaim their own authority!

@@nunyabusiness1755 they gave their authority to the executive and they’re never getting it back ,get it
@@user-gf3lw5pi4t They simply took the ability for unelected bureaucrats to be able to “reinterpret” laws and make “rules” to couple with existing laws. These “rules”, though not laws, carried the same penalties as laws. Laws are supposed to be voted on by Congress. If they pass, the President either signs or vetoes them. This decision made it so when one party can’t pass all the new laws they want, despite holding a majority, they cant simply direct unelected officials to make “rules” and “reinterpretations”, thus changing laws without going through the proper process
I think the Supreme Court has issued a ruling. Stop crying.
They issued a ruling that puts foxes in the hens house. Learn political science.
They studied the vaccine and force vaccination on all Americans. But, they never published the study or show long-term side effects of the vaccine.

Let the downfall of murica accelerate
How? Because unelected officials can no longer make “rules” that carry the weight and penalties of law, without having to go through Congress?
