really not sure what happened here. It's not like Yoo hasn't lost before. To hit a female videographer and Levon was saying that it was worse than it was reported? Very strange.
It raises lots of questions about his mental state and perhaps also his home life…that kind of violent behavior is enough to get a preschooler expelled from daycare. It has no place in chess! And quite frankly it sounds like despite his talent, the chess world is not bringing out the best in him.
If you can't feel empathy for your opponent who blunders in the end, having outplayed you the entire game, then you are a sociopath/narcissist type. It isn't that you don't feel good about winning, but you can be the one blundering the next game. You know how that feels.
And yet another variation on it, or way tto think about it, is to assume he's been under intense mental and emotional stress, or on medication, or having mental health issues.. while also feeling compassion and understanding for those who were harmed
@@Corteum Definitely, but the guys were focused on Chris when they should have been focused on the woman. Everyone deserves empathy in this situation, but the victim comes first.
Nice presentation value.

bad loser great player dynamic over the edge. difference between genius and insanity
The way to think about what Yoo did is to imagine that the videographer was your wife or daughter or niece, etc. That should make the situation clear.

Most surprising is that cheater niemann is still in. But well, looks like saint louis club chose teletubbism over ethics.
