My heart aches and tears flood my eyes. I remember the little girl watching this movie for the first time. The goosebumps, the tears the untainted innocence. The nostalgia I feel can't be put in words. After 10 years this movie still moves me deeply. It makes me feel the same way it did 10 years ago when I was but a teenager with no problems. Now even tho adulthood has invaded my life I know that girl is still alive roaming the woods of my own little world.
Feel the same way. What moved me about this song was that it perfectly incapsulated just what I was feeling and thinking after seeing the final scene of the film. I've been a Heapster ever since.
Noble 6 Hahahahaha...Well I don't know about anyone else but my biggest problems as a teenager was that my dad wouldn't let me date or go out till late. Looking back now, those seem to be like pretty good problems for one to have. I seriously wish those were still my problems.
2020 and this song still captures the feelings of discovering something much larger then yourself and unable to describe it in words that do it justice.

I remember my teacher let us watch this before winter break started and when the end credits started, a few of my classmates a d i were like "WAIT, DON'T TURN IT OFF YET!" just so we could listen to this song. Good times
Looking back in memory at that 13 year old me. The tears and smiles are still the same 19 years later. Always one of my favorites. Always will long into my old age.
I'm just really happy I'm not the only one still being moved by all the songs composed onto the Narnia soundtrack. Every song on the soundtrack makes me feel invincible if only in a short time, and that's the kind of music you know was made for incredible use. This will always be my favorite movie of all time and one of the best made movies ever.
definitely not the only one. it's one of my favorite Disney movies if not one of my favorite movies of all time. it's magical, heartwarming, and bittersweet all at the same time. I can't believe it's almost 10 years old. I remember being 11 and seeing it in the theaters for the 1st time and being completely blown away. I'm 21 and still love it with all my heart and always will:)
Lewis calls this feeling joy and writes about it in many places. To me, it was one of the things that fleshed out Christianity. Our faith is not one of "don't" and slavery. It is the Lion's Roar and the Lion's Mane. Lewis masterfully gave us Narnia, full of majesty, mystery, and deep reality. I need to go there again. Into the Wardrobe...
what a truly amazing gift it was to have Narnia be such a big part of my childhood. I will never forget it nor the way it made me feel. All the hope, magic, and wonder it brought to me will always be in my heart
ditto. I remember my 4th grade teacher reading the lion the witch and the wardrobe to us, so when the movie came out I flipped out lmao. I'm 26 and still watching it (yesterday) haha.
xxladybug94 I feel the same way. I still remember reading the fist chapter of The Magicians Nephew. I was at least 8, and I want to go back and read them again. Narnia has been such a magical influence on me, I dont know what I would do without it, and this song, OMG! I'm writing a book series of my own and this song just made it even better.
Not only is it SUCH a blessing that the movies and books of Narnia exist, also that some one could make such a BEAUTIFUL and EPIC soundtrack! and it would have never been made without the AMAZING imagination of the Celtics who created such interesting fantasies and fantasy creatures long, long ago and the wonderful imagination of the english man who wrote the books, C.S. Lewis. MUCH thanks to them all! (:
“In your world, I have another name. You must learn to know me by it. That was the very reason why you were brought to Narnia, that by knowing me here for a little, you may know me better there." - The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader 🙏
This song gives me the most intense goosebumps. Reminds me of 10 years ago when I would watch this movie every single day because it was my escape from reality. My happy place was immersing myself in this film and its magic and going outside day dreaming it wishing that I could be apart of it and away from the stresses of life I unfortunately had at that age..
I remember listening to my 5th grade teacher reading the series to us everyday just an hour or so before we were supposed to released from school. We begged her to read another chapter but like all great teachers, she left us in suspense and wonder.
Kimberly Martin We went very deeply into this book in Grade 4. We read it as a class, watched both movie versions of it, made dioramas, and compared all the different elements of it with the Bible. Good times. It’s cool to find someone who had a similar experience.
I was just pulled out of a depressive fit that might have proved fatal, and this song has given me hope for the future and will to appreciate the beauty of life. Imogen Heap, if by some slim chance you can see this THANK YOU! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!
CS Lewis was Chritian so he depicts lucy as the young girl believing there something else that God is real, Susan who is almost an adult loses her faith, the guys are in their own little world doing whatever it is, The Bible says “unless you have child like faith you will never see heaven “ so lucy sees God first, who is Aslan in this case, Lucy is sad because her brother is captured by the witch or the devil, so Aslan as Jesus fulfills the prophecy by becoming the sacrifice for humanity and dying in the stone or the cross but on the third day is resurrected and defeats evil and makes lucy and her sibling (the rest of humanity) kings and queens to an eternal kingdom called heaven truly beautiful. No wonder narnia was so real to me as a young boy because its more than fantasy

Oh I adore this song!! It reminds me of my true home and the moment God mentions to Job in Job 38:7. What have we seen we can’t remember and what will we yet see? Especially when we are taken into the arms of our loving Father once more... So good!!
I was in 1st grade when this came out And it used to be my absolute favorite movie (it still is one of my favorites). When my dad got it on dvd, I would watch it everyday when I came home from school. My siblings and I could probably recite the whole movie word for word if we tried. FOR NARNIA!
This is what it feels like falling in love, have to stop and catch my breath and experience the awe of it all, love of life, nature, another human, or just watching a beautiful sunrise and sunset, falling snow, a leaf blowing on a breeze, warmth of the sun on my face . . .
I saw the first 'Narnia' movie when it came in 2005 in a cinema theater in Ipoh. I was 21 years old. I instantly fell in love with the movie and off course its beautiful soundtrack. When I was 17 and going thru the worst time in my life this was one of the songs that build me up again. Thank you Narnia for this, you made my childhood golden💛💛💛
That last piano key...right at the very end...it hits me so hard. I want to say no to it because it reminds me of the end of magic. But we have to hold on. For the love of everything good in this world we have to hold on...

honestly, i sat in the waiting room of the hospital today, closed my eyes and listened to this. i remember watching this film every night when i was 11. the film, the music, the magic, it really hit my core. and anything remotely related to the world of narnia feeds my inner child. now listening at 25, i am still reduced to tears and goosebumps. otherworldly. “only the beginning of the adventure”.
For the longest time I was not aware that the chronicle of narnia is loosely based on biblical matters. man so wonder I cried so hard when Aslan died on the stone table. I am not even religious but I know it represents Jesus dying on the cross.
Amazing how Aslan rose from the dead and defeated all evil in a second and meaningless insignificant kids became kings and queens and heirs to an eternal kingdom called heaven
I remember going to the movie theater with my sister when Narnia came out. I was 9, she was 13. It was our first experience getting to go do something alone (without mom). We felt very grown up and independent. Back in the good ole days...
When I listen to this song, it reminds me of my beautiful childhood that I miss so much. I remember when I first saw this movie and I never wanted for it to end. Especially when at the end this song was playing with Aslan roaring. Love this so much
I hate the fact that Spotify does not at all have this song in its vast library of music; very disappointed and kind of pathetic. Such a masterful piece of music should be available on that platform(Spotify). This, Harry Potter, LOTR, LOST, Fringe and more are some of my most nostalgic music pieces, although, at the time I wasn’t aware of the magnitude this would have on me years later, I am still glad I lived through it and was able to retain memories from those times, which will sustain my nostalgia for life. This is so impactful because at that time, many of us were still in that universe of perpetual kid-ness with no cares and no responsibilities and just living for the moment; as I look back on it now, it was the last reverberations of the echos of being a kid, when movies like these would stir the imagination and capture your senses; not like today lol, do yourselves a huge favour, do not let that inner child go, never let it die or fade out away.
The sad thing about this is that it's not even spotify's fault. It's purely a regional licensing issue - Imogen Heap herself doesn't even have the rights to this song, it was essentially commissioned from her. So as a result it's not even accessible on her channel in all regions. Such is the way of the music industry.
Saw this in theatre when i just joined college. This movie has a special place for me as 2005 was the year i think my childhood ended . The last roar in the post credit scene still gives me goosebumps.
This song couldn't be even more beautiful ❤️ It's really how it makes me feel, like life is beautiful and soft... I makes me feel free and make me transcend into a magic world that is just mine. It 's like that innocence I has as a child was never gone.
I was 3 when this film was released. I remember seeing it in cinemas, and not telling my grandmother so she’d take me a second time. This story was unbelievably enthralling, daring battles, lovable characters and a very whimsical existence. The entire book series and the movies to be honest. This song takes me there. And I grew up to fall for theatre and I got to do my final senior performance as Peter Pevensie, my first lead role as a role I’d wanted since I was a boy
I am 54. I was memorized by the cartoon as a child....but when this movie came out. It was magical..... I return to time to time. Its like a visit with a dear old friend...😊😊😊
I had recently started listening to many songs by Frou Frou and just today I rewatched this movie for the first time in a while. It shocked me when I realized who sang this song. I fell in love with her voice all over again.
This song embodies my adoration and awe of this world ❤️❤️❤️ the beautiful and mighty home of all life that has ever lived, all children of Grandmother Earth
I remember this movie a two part series so long ago 1979 if my memory serves me correctly! I'm 52 now and this still is one of my favorites! The meaning behind the movie is a beautiful message of the Gospel! CS Lewis was a devout Christian!
Rumor has it the members of the C.S. Lewis estate didn't like the direction they were taking it after Prince Caspian. Disney didn't want to invest as much money into the series as the could have, so Voyage of the Dawn Treader was distributed through Walden Media exclusively instead of Disney, and because the studios took so long to film the series most of the actors aged out.
Rachel Vaupel Actually, both Walden Media AND Disney worked on the first two movies and Walden Media wanted a bigger budget for the third movie but Disney didn’t want to, so they parted ways with Disney and went with Fox instead.
I remember being a lil 5th grader hearing this at the end of the movie n the teacher rushing us out because it was the end of the day. I was walking my slowest waiting to hear the hook so I could search it up later. Here we are yrs later🌷
I watched this movie in 4th grade. But it was the cartoon. It immediately became my favorite story and book. You can imagine how I felt to see that someone had made a real movie of it in 03.
The absolute nostalgia this song brings me.. I remember when I was maybe 6 or 7 my mom got me the soundtrack to this movie and I would let it play on my boom box whenever I went to sleep, I remember my bed time was around 8 pm and on multiple occasions I would wake up in the middle of the night around 1-2 ish and this imogen song was always the song playing. It made me feel an emotion that I didn’t understand then and I still don’t to this day but all I know is that it’s beautiful. The flow and melodies of this song are just so breathtaking.. i don’t really know how to describe the feeling it gives me but it makes me feel sad, happy, cold, and warm all in one. Its crazy how hard music can touch you :,)
I have a theory that this and three other songs were written as themes for each of the children. I Can't Take it In for Susan. The one who always had trouble believing. Wunderkind for Lucy. The one who was first always understood Narnia best. Winter Light for Edmund. The one who was and remained struck by the vision and beauty of the White Witch. Where for Peter. The one who had to grow up first.
2024.. and I remember seeing this as a 13 or 14 yr old in the theatre.. I sobbed when they had to leave their adult lives at the end and become children again.. like none of that mattered anymore, all of that time they spent growing and learning was gone
Can't close my eyes They're wide awake Every hair on my body Has got a thing for this place Oh, empty my heart I've got to make room For this feeling It's so much bigger than me It couldn't be any more beautiful I can't take it in Weightless in love, unraveling For all that's to come And all that's ever been We're back to the board With every shade under the sun Let's make it a good one It couldn't be any more beautiful It couldn't be any more beautiful I can't take it in I can't take it in I can't take it in Whoa It couldn't be any more beautiful It couldn't be any more beautiful I can't take it in More that I wonder More that I wonder
Ohh I remember first seeing The Chronicles of Narnia in theaters. The movie and this song always gives me goosebumps. It has to be one of my favorite Disney movies.
I watched movie MANY times as a kid and never knew that Imogen Heap was featuring in the Credits of this movie until now. Such a fitting artist for this movie.
That final roar when the light shines from inside the wardrobe at the end after Lucy walks away. Chills.
Fav part. ❤️

Everytime!
Yes. Long live Aslan. Long live Jesus.
I cried
This song makes me homesick for a time and place I have yet to experience.
I have the exact same feeling. It feels like the chest is gong to explode at some point. x.x It's a very (in my opinion) powerful song.
Novali Zörner Exactly! It makes you feel like you were meant to do something more, you know?
Absolutely! It's one of those things that makes you feel invincible, if only for a little while. o:
*****
In my opinion, that time and place could exist if you made it so...but you long for it because you have not yet created it

It was removed by the singer idk why if its so good probably because of illegal or a law made by the artist
Its in Saavn
It’s on iTunes but you have to buy the whole album. Only $7.99 in Canada though. I have the whole album. It’s worth buying. I bought the CD though.
This song brings tears to my eyes. I love Aslan... Jesus, so majestic. So beautiful. So amazing. My Savior. Such a beautiful song.

Lyrics:
Can't close my eyes
They're wide awake
Every hair on my body
Has got a thing for this place
Oh, empty my heart
I've got to make room
For this feeling
It's so much bigger than me
It couldn't be any more beautiful
I can't take it in
Weightless in love, unraveling
For all that's to come
And all that's ever been
We're back to the board
With every shade under the sun
Let's make it a good one
It couldn't be any more beautiful
It couldn't be any more beautiful
I can't take it in
I can't take it in
I can't take it in

Amazing how Aslan rose from the dead and defeated all evil in a second and meaningless insignificant kids became kings and queens and heirs to an eternal kingdom called heaven
@Peter Flood Aslan represents jesus dying on the cross. I'm aware it's not loosely. Have a blessed day!
I remember going to the movie theater with my sister when Narnia came out. I was 9, she was 13. It was our first experience getting to go do something alone (without mom). We felt very grown up and independent.
Back in the good ole days...
Selah amazing story. Keep this memory forever. This keeps us strong when we feel down.
When I listen to this song, it reminds me of my beautiful childhood that I miss so much. I remember when I first saw this movie and I never wanted for it to end. Especially when at the end this song was playing with Aslan roaring. Love this so much
This song make me wants to get in my closet and search narnia XD
yas meh 2
Honey, you don't just go looking for Narnia, it finds you. Just keep your eyes open. Have a great day and God bless. =)
Abbey Wallace Oh right! *facepalm
Juan Orihuela - IT IS JUST THE FIKM IS ABOUT - NARNIA IS INSIDE OF US !
Juan Manuel *GASP! ME TOO!!
This will always be my favorite movie. My heart aches for Lucy, and I want to join her. Aslan is the reason I fell in love with God.
Love Imogen's voice. So beautiful and so hard to come by now. Thank you!
It haves it.
The sad thing about this is that it's not even spotify's fault. It's purely a regional licensing issue - Imogen Heap herself doesn't even have the rights to this song, it was essentially commissioned from her. So as a result it's not even accessible on her channel in all regions. Such is the way of the music industry.
Whenever it rains ,this is the song that i remember
Syed Isfi OMG! Same!
It’s raining now where I am now
Saw this in theatre when i just joined college. This movie has a special place for me as 2005 was the year i think my childhood ended . The last roar in the post credit scene still gives me goosebumps.
This whole soundtrack is a core memory for me... listening to it in my Walkman everyday in the car at 12 years old
This song couldn't be even more beautiful ❤️ It's really how it makes me feel, like life is beautiful and soft... I makes me feel free and make me transcend into a magic world that is just mine. It 's like that innocence I has as a child was never gone.
Beautiful song from this great movie. Love it. 💗😍🎶
Imogen Heap has always been my favourite singer/songwriter/producer ever since! ❤️
2023 I'm still here ❤
I had recently started listening to many songs by Frou Frou and just today I rewatched this movie for the first time in a while. It shocked me when I realized who sang this song. I fell in love with her voice all over again.
This is a good song for the ending I feel like it has a great ending and with this song it makes me feel like there more to it than it is.
This song embodies my adoration and awe of this world ❤️❤️❤️ the beautiful and mighty home of all life that has ever lived, all children of Grandmother Earth
I've just listened to this and couldn't avoid bursting out in tears.. totally touching. MAGIC. That little boy wathing this significant dream
I remember this movie a two part series so long ago 1979 if my memory serves me correctly! I'm 52 now and this still is one of my favorites! The meaning behind the movie is a beautiful message of the Gospel! CS Lewis was a devout Christian!
First day on 2023 and still listening to this music even tho i already in college....... Man i miss my childhood
Man, i wish Imogen would put this back on spotify, all I want to do is listen to this non stop and just escape for a few hours in this nostalgia
This song rocks my core
Kevin Larson Same here! This makes me want fly forever.
Kevin Larson - very well said. Me too.
honestly, same. i believe narnia, and the track from “the land before time”, really inspired my love for cinematic music.
What makes me so sad about this series is that they never continued making them, so it’s even if it’s brought back now, it won’t be as popular.
Talon Diwisch there’s books
Read all the books their fantastic 🤗
Rachel Vaupel But you might be right about the C.S. Lewis estate. The third movie was like the least accurate to the books.
Everytime I hear this Song, It gives me Goosebumps, Chills and it becomes a Nostalgic Moments, Beautiful Memories
Yes ❤❤❤God lived and loves you
Movie and music literally transports you to a magical time in a magical land.Very inspirational to this day! A masterpiece.
Anyone know the real reason why such a great song is not on Spotify?
I wish this song is on Spotify
Played this song at our outdoor wedding coming down the aisle 💖
This song sounds like Christmas. ❤
00:13 all I see is credits in my head lol.
Please put this back on spotify.
I agree
This isn't available on Apple music. So I came here. Thank you!
No other movie has ever been able to give me such a sense of wonder and mystery as this.
"Oh empty my heart
I've got to make room for this feeling."
My favorite lines ❤
Eu sinto um pedacinho da minha vida em que eu era feliz de verdade, inocente, atrelado a essa música. Que sensação boa estar vivo.
Spotify this, somebody pleeeeeaaase!!! I need to listen on repeat
Ohh cool I'm gonna have to go listen to these songs again and see if it matches up
This song makes me sleep everytime I listen
It comforts my heart🤩💕🎶
The dislikes are from the Calormen and worshippers of Tash
2024.. and I remember seeing this as a 13 or 14 yr old in the theatre.. I sobbed when they had to leave their adult lives at the end and become children again.. like none of that mattered anymore, all of that time they spent growing and learning was gone
This song is the best of the best. And Wunderkind too.
♫ every scale on my body
has got a thing for this place ♫
DragonsREpic every "hair" :)
Fifi Hudson The commenter is a dragon, makes sense!
DragonsREpic XD
Wait, is that spyro? That's spyro.
BEN_2165 Drowned_3276 It looks like Spyro. It probably is him.
Always gives me shivers. Should be released into the charts 😊
Imogen should have won an Oscar for this song...there's no way there was a better song from a movie that year idc
I was watching the movie for the millionth time when I realized: I recognize that voice. And now I'm here. God this is such a good song
imogen heap is an underrated queen
Just rewatch the first movie back last night. What a soundtrack as well.
Finally after 12 years I found you yes thank you so much uploaded 😘😘😘😘
Love from the Philippines 🇵🇭
Can't close my eyes
They're wide awake
Every hair on my body
Has got a thing for this place
Oh, empty my heart
I've got to make room
For this feeling
It's so much bigger than me
It couldn't be any more beautiful
I can't take it in
Weightless in love, unraveling
For all that's to come
And all that's ever been
We're back to the board
With every shade under the sun
Let's make it a good one
It couldn't be any more beautiful
It couldn't be any more beautiful
I can't take it in
I can't take it in
I can't take it in
Whoa
It couldn't be any more beautiful
It couldn't be any more beautiful
I can't take it in
More that I wonder
More that I wonder
This song was in my head when I traveled to France 10 years ago ❤❤❤❤❤. The city I studied in, Grenoble, is mysterious to me even today.
Ohh I remember first seeing The Chronicles of Narnia in theaters. The movie and this song always gives me goosebumps. It has to be one of my favorite Disney movies.
Narnia foreverrrr! This song is so moving.
Everytime I hear this song it makes me feel like I'm in Magical World where anything is possible 😊
I watched movie MANY times as a kid and never knew that Imogen Heap was featuring in the Credits of this movie until now. Such a fitting artist for this movie.
I remember just spinning around dancing as a child and how I could put myself in the story and just feel so at home.
