I agree with everything you said EXCEPT the RNG of machines! ANYTHING or ANY game on a VIDEO terminal is ALL SET UP for the casinos to win at LEAST 75% of the time, such as slots, video poker, video keno, etc. and that is the reason why I will NEVER play any of those VIDEO machines and will ONLY play REAL table games like craps and blackjack, which at least will give you a LEGITIMATE chance to win!!! There is NO SUCH THING as a RNG or randomness from those video machines, it is ALL PROGRAMMED for the casinos to win at LEAST 75% of the time, and some casinos will make that win ratio HIGHER!!! The ONLY machines that I believe are random are the bubble craps machines! Also, I feel VERY SORRY for those IDIOTS that play those video terminal machines!!!!
One of my good friends was at a bubble machine about a month ago and it broke, and the error message said "RNG Recongnition Failure" and then an attendant came and reset the RNG right in front of her. I don't know who to believe in this debate, but I can tell you that I don't trust a casino as far as I can throw it.
