yes, it can be possible. the pcb can get stuck in the case. you need to turn the keyboard over and knock on the back of the case until the pcb falls out, and don’t forget about battery wires
if you manage to REALLY scratch the PCB, or if you have a Soldered Keychron and manage to destory some of the solder joints, those joints are there to make sure that the keys are working, each key has two solder joints, if reak one o fthem off you need to solder them again enough that the joints are contact with the switch and the joint

Note how the big shift keys only clack on the downstroke and not the upstroke, unlike every other key. Mine does the same...
wonder if going the opposite direction on the second layer would improve things as well.

What foam and thickness did you use in here?
I use the foam from the original package box, I don’t know it’s thickness
