This a shot in the dark, but hoping for a response. Starting your 16 week powerlifting program (the one you sent for free in a newsletter a few years back) after not lifting for a while. You think I can handle it or will I not recover? Seems to have quite a bit of volume and im not sure how I would modify it if at all.

If you're conservative with your estimated 1 rep maxes you should be fine!
