What do u normally do to the trickflow 220s as far as valve springs?. Buy them assembled then Upgrade to some btr .685’s?

If you are going to be really hard
On them yes. That is a solid choice.
These just have the out of box
.650’s and titanium retainers.

Care to share ur advanced table or tables ur using to make so much boost so fast? I can’t seem to make more than 7psi at 4200rpm with my 5.3 and gt55

I’m not using one. Literally just the standard Fueltech 2 step settings.
