If you have had your chart done with your exact birth time, more than likely your chart was interpreted using the Placidus house system. So based on those calculations you may find Libra in a different house than my interpretation here because I am using the Whole House system. My suggestion would be to watch from both perspectives and see which resonates more with you:)
