Hey B4, you are one of the few fitness UA-camrs that I trust and love, I want to become faster but I can only do it at home. I don't have enough space to do sprints or anything that requires too much space and going outside isn't really an option since I have a really small backyard and there are absolutely no parks that aren't 30 minutes away, and I don't want to go do anything in public where there could be people....can you teach me how I can increase my running speed at home?
You and the bioneer are my favorite fitness people, i fancy some bodybuilder youtubers from time to time, but i choose my path and it is in your direction my boys.
Thanks to your videos, I've got the working out down. I've created the habit. My struggle is the nutrition now. I still struggle with sleep because I have a 3-month-old but it's getting better. I'm getting those naps in like you suggested but yeah I'm just always hungry even when I'm getting 200 g of protein a day and 40 g of fiber so might be something going on there anyway. As always, love the content. Hope you will will content in the future
Guys if you’re in high school like me DO SPORTS. I CANT imagine how much weight I’ve cut off just by playing sports. Im in football and lost a lot of pounds just by playing in the games and stuff. I also run 1 hour everyday for weight loss. Keep in mind I’m 14. You also need to eat right guys. You can eat a few carbs but don’t overdo it.
B4 please make a video on how to increase sleep time if possible. Been training hard for awhile now but can never seem to sleep for more than 6 hours. It just seems like my body automatically wakes me up at the same time everyday even if I feel like I need more sleep.
jiu jitsu has way more cardio than most combat sports, bcoz with any type of grapping sport there's sparring at 100% EVERY class, cant do that with boxing every week coz of CTE. I would say don't do jits if at all coz it's too much cardio
Hey b4flex can u tell me what to do when my shoulders hurts cause of push ups,I did them good form but i think i overdid them,ex. I normally do 100-200 Every 2 days in the week along with my orther Workout, But then my shoulder started hurting me and i got scared but when i do pull ups its goes away for a while

Do some plyometrics. Seated jumps, broad jumps, squat jumps, etc.

BJJ is actually more intense on cardio than striking sports, but any is good obviously

The ideal time to rest depends on the intensity,for your workout I guess 2-4 minutes will be the best

Low reps close to failure with long rest 2min to 3min
