Finally! Someone to show all the little details I need to know in order to do this right! The info on the type of thread to use for me is the final piece of the puzzle. Thank you yisell0001!
Hi Naina- It's up to you but I personally don't frame them. I use small sawtooth hangers (place one in the middle, upper back) and hang the pieces on the walls that way. Since the wood is thick enough, you can also place them on a shelf as decor also
Very nice video and informative!! I am debating doing a 50's style wall string art. I had no idea it was a "Thing" . Great tips for a newbie like me😅

I want to know how to keep the art piece dust free.
Crochet threads size please mam.
Hello! size 10 crochet thread
I didn't understand the size of nail...pls tell me its size once again. From where u got the hammer? Pls share the link
The nail size is "18 gauge x 3/4 inch". The hammer is a "7oz tack hammer". I didn't buy online but both items are available in many places :)
how deep do you set the nails into the wood?
I'd say about 1/4 of the nail to 1/2... enough so when you loop the nail while stringing, the pulling of the thread doesn't take the nail out
Shall we frame the art piece

Which type of nail u use...name of d nail plz
They are 'Stainless steel nails' - size 18 gauge x 3/4 in.
"Bulldog hardware" or "Everbilt" are the brand names of the ones I use
How do you pre Nail? Do you use a drill?
No drill, just the hammer. Lighter hammer taps when pre-nailing
Have you painted on wood?
Yes, it comes out great! Really any paint works, wood stains are awesome too. Depends on the piece and the look you are going for
Hi Bubu It’s Bruno
Which type of wood did yu use ?
I like to use pine- it's not very expensive and its sturdy
