And that tribunal is appointed by govt. And 3 of the waqf board members are appointed by govt. Basically waqf board and waqf tribunal are different bodies. Waqf board does the research part and then waqf tribunal has to give approval before they can claim. And all these land belong to them but are only ment for charity. But some mla are buying these land backdoor for their businesses. so the problem is with corrupted govt not waqf or Islam. If you see only Andhra Pradesh and Tamil temple lands are more than 9.3 lakh crores. These all lands don't come under one board. There are various temple boards. Only waqf is focused because they alone govern all majid, dargah and graveyards. Even many waqf lands are occupied by govt and according to waqf act, if waqf land is occupied by govt it's govt land so no one can claim it. If govt take any hindu land will we guys be ok? No right? Read, think understand properly.
