I can see the bracketing error, but why would the tagging error be in CHAR as (RBR better)? Shouldn't that be the correct tag?

The “disadvantage” at 7:23 is silly. We cannot write a grammar that parses those 40,000 sentences correctly. One rule for one sentence will cause problems for another sentence.
