when i turn my machine on (Aufero 1) the red light and blue light come on and that's it. Nothing moves. I have the 3 prong adapter plugged in and grounding wire attached. All I have is the first head engraver. Help??

Hello thank you for your video I was wondering what to do with the items it comes with, I know what to do with the focus plate, the hex key, the bolt and the wrench. I don't know what to do with the brackets, the 4 rectangles, the zip ties, the black thing, or the brush. Thank you.

Why does this say engraver/cutter when Aufero Laser 1 on reviews say it doesn't cut wood?

You can check our video as it explains and shows how it cuts. This model is available with one of 3 laser heads and only 2 of them can cut nicely.
