Very, Very well done.(Wish you could pre-write the words to lessen my anxiety level.) I think that there will Always be heat generation, even in recombination, albeit sooo tiny. And a pn junction is not a diode (and vice-versa) it only contains it as do transistors, scr, jfets, ect... Enough of my criticism. Do leds use a specific substrate instead of silicon?
Hii As I read , when ele. and holes recombine at that time a EHP generate in p side and ele move towards +ve terminal (p side) and hole move (fulfill near by electron ) towards -ve terminal and such more and more charge carriers generates in forward bias .
Tqq sir it's far better than my college lecture .tqq so much
Best video of LED understanding ❤️🙏...
Today I get answer my childhood big Question?... How TV Remote works..
😁😁Thank u so much
Good explanation👍🏻.thanks for clearing my doubts 🧐🙃
Crystal clear explanation
Noticed that this and some other videos from this chapter are not in the Semiconductors playlist. Please do add them.
You are really an amazing teacher🥰
Way of explanation is extraordinary bruh!!!
ohh smatyy gamer bruuuuhhhhhhaa aaaahhhh aaaahhhh
ordinary bulb doesn't take time.
But LED takes some time to glow.
Great video series. Many thanks for all your effort. Can you do some videos on the workings of a thyristor, triac and diac and their applications?
@Omar Conrad thanks man...

Amazing. Thanks for your very simple clear presentation.
Thankss.
Best channel for learning ❤️
Thanks for the explicit explanation.
बहुत अच्छा विवरण था!
Amazing explanation
What software you are using for the teaching purpose?
You are the best teacher I have ever seen ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🙏🙏🙏🙏
theek hai biswa ranjan sendha namak
What a class sir ,. Understood concept clearly
Best explanation sir..now it is diamond clear☺️☺️🤘🤘
me too
Thank you.
finally, i understand this in just 3 min .literally you are great sir, simple explanation.
Oh boi this is awesome ❤
Thanks sir for all the support
chal ab support mill gya ho toh aake hila de mera
Nice explanation
How recombined atoms fall from conduction band to valence band
You know electrons try to occupy lowest energy possible.
LED is heavily doped semiconductor. So there is excess of minority charge carreirs, so they recombine more often than normal diodes
Very good
Thank you
U made it very clear sir
Yes video watched
Can you tell me what app are you using for explanations?
teri maa ki chaati pe likh rha hai
Amazing explanation👍👍
This is my fav channel
Thanks sir. really helped me a ton!
Thanx a lot 😭😭
dont cry baby
What happen if all electron recombine with holes.
2:20 So, will the silicon present in transistors also give out light?
Yes they will but not visible light
haan teri maa ke bulb
u are amazing
If recombination takes place in forward bias why do its depletion region decrease instead of increses
Hii
As I read , when ele. and holes recombine
at that time a EHP generate in p side and ele move towards +ve terminal (p side)
and hole move (fulfill near by electron ) towards -ve terminal and such more and more charge carriers generates in forward bias .

First view.
You're prolly watching this in a led light
Bulbs takes years 🤣
Don't understand anything. Need even more in-depth explanation for this to make sense.
Nice explanation
