Did Luisa Piccarreta experience the Warning or Illumination of Conscience as described by the Seers of Garabandal and write about it in the Book of Heaven?
Being raised Catholic I am astounded that I am only learning of Garabandal this week. It saddens me to know we live in a world that THIS isn’t household information ALL religions know about. THANK YOU for sharing

@@cbisme6414 Although I absolutely believe Garabandal is 💯true, it's not an approved Apparition yet, so most priests don't speak of such things. It's only the approved apparitions by Holy Mother Church that the clergy will speak of. I've been to Medjugorje 5 times and I know a beautiful holy priest who's a professor in a seminary who's been 4 times and he thoroughly believes in it and other priests as well, but are rather quiet because of the position of the church on such matters. Kibeho is approved of course, but there are hundreds of apparitions Our Beautiful Holy Mother has been if not much more approved and unapproved. Surely you cannot expect our priests to remember them all. If the subject of apparitions comes up then perhaps some of the priests would be open about them, but many don't know about them themselves so it would be a moot point.

Conchita plans to be in Garabandal for the miracle. She has stated that the safest way to Garabandal will be via Portugal. She has said also that she believes that there will be an attempt to suppress attendance at Garabandal by "Communism." (Spanish Government?)

I'm sorry but I have to disagree. The fact that Luisa had this experience is due to her closeness to Jesus. Many mystics and regular people who're striving to be sanctified have had this experience because the closer to the Light, the better you see your filth., so the fact that this experience happens, does not prove that it will happen to everybody. Imagine the lost souls,, they're gonna demand God why this wasn't offered to them?? Jesus said to St. Faustina: "This is the last Devotion I give the world to obtain Mercy". So this "Warning" would contradict that. As much as it would be beautiful, especially for parents who have lost all hope that their children will convert, I seriously doubt that this ccurrence will take place. Along with other failed prophecies and controversies of the seers I doubt the whole thing. The devil can give you 1 truth if he can sell you 9 lies. For me the Book of Heaven along with the Hours and all related works has been my personal Warning. Maybe when these writings are officially approved and taught from the pulpit throughout the whole world, THAT WILL BE THE WARNING for all. Well, that is my humble personal opinion.
Olga, I too find the Divine Mercy to be a very important work. The Warning (illumination of conscience) as described by the seers at Garabandal is described by St Faustina in a very similar manner based upon her own personal mystical experience in Diary 36. She also describes what many consider to be the predicted Garabandal Miracle in Diary 83. Regardless of whether these are foreshadows of what is to come or not, there is no contradiction between the Divine Mercy as the last devotion and the Warning. The Warning is not a devotion. In fact, it would be, as Our Lady of Revelation said in an approved apparition in Rome, a "Divine Manifestation" of Mercy.
No, I don't think the parallel to Luisa is accurate here. The interior spiritual life will naturally lead to interior dark nights and deep moments of interior compunction for one's sins and past sins. St. John of the Cross describes all these interior stages well. All saints and many pious souls past through such experiences - it's not unique to Luisa. Hence, there's nothing in Luisa's experience or message that is also predicting a similar Warning on mankind or as a parallel prophesy with Garabandal (and maybe you weren't suggesting this "stretch"). If true, yes, the worldwide Warning in human consciousness may be similar to experiences that souls already have been having for millennia in their own interior lives, but one could connect most saints' experience or many pious souls to the same experience. Everyone can have their own purification now and not wait for the Warning if they would only follow all the promptings of God's grace for purification and desist in sin, but this is only an analogous connection to the experience of the Warning. If it be true, the Warning will occasion time to literally stop and God will force the experience on all consciences (pious and impious) and show them what their "real" heaven/hell judgment would be at this moment if they died. This is something altogether different, actually, in its existential reality.
Luisa's experience as mentioned in the video was not a purification that every soul encounters. It was an experience conducted while in ecstasy. While in that state, the outside world ceases to exist for the soul. The Warning may be similar. Also, as both Luisa and the seers from Garabandal explain - it is an ominous experience. In other words, an ecstasy although beneficial may not necessarily be pleasant (examples the visions of hell at Fatima and Garabandal).

What an excellent question. I do not believe that I have heard that question answered. I have a vague recollection of a Priest who was investigating a different Apparition of Jesus. The Priest tested the seer by requesting her to ask Jesus to name the sins that the Priest had confessed. Jesus answered by saying that he "forgot" the sins that were confessed. I would expect confessed sins to not be recounted. But, I will try to get an answer to the question if there is one to obtain. God bless.

Conchita says that everything will stop. This could mean that everything will stop FOR US as it did for the 4 seers who, while in ecstasy, could notwithstanding safely walk rapidly up and down a rocky hill backward.

I have followed both of these for several years. I am 59 years old, faithful, traditional catholic. 2 comments, these both mesh with medjugorje & fatima. They are not church approved yet,however at the time of Fatima when Mary asked people to convert etc., fatima was not church approved. So, recommend do not wait, do what they recommend, pray rosary, convert & realize time is passing quickly, better to follow them.

Although on the surface this is the prudent course, it will be too late for many. This was the case at Kibeho prior to the Rwandan massacre. From those who have the most information on the subject, the Warning will come first in the same year as the Miracle which will occur on a Thursday evening at Garabandal in the Month of April. Conchita knows the date of the Miracle and will announce it 8 days in advance.
