I really like these TL431 Adjustable zener diodes and the most important thing is that it immediately turns the transistor on and off, there is no half-on state that prevents the transistor from heating up🔥
In practice this circuit will keep osculating on and off and not just turn off the charging and stay off. Better yet it should go to trickle/float charge after a full charge has been attained.

Eğer sonuna kadar izlemediyseniz, açıklayayım. Lamba bağlıyken, 14,4V kesiliyor ve 14,2V yeniden akım sağlıyor. Ancak akü bağlıyken bi kez 14,4V ulaştığı zaman bi kez güç kestimi kapatıp açmadan tekrar şarz etmiyor.🙂

Yes 3S li ion should be cut off at 12,6V and therefore are the potentiometers. 🙂
