Nice cameo from the ORIGINAL Sand Lot movie! Patrick Renna played Hamilton "Ham" Porter, the overweight, short-tempered catcher. He was great in that role - there were many parts where he stole the scenes (in the best of ways) - and here in this movie he plays the Umpire. What a nice throwback! Well Done!
A Tiffany Soundtrack and Mel Gibson. I am watching this.

I thought Mel was canceled. Good to see him back on the big screen.
He's still working, but mostly in films that go straight to DVD/streaming. His last starring role that got a wide theatrical release was Fatman in 2020. This movie looks like it could be fun, though. I hope it is.

Oh nice, this feels like a blast from the past somehow - like just a fun movie with a mystery. I like that the trailer doesn't give away too much either. Definitely watching this one!

Original IT didn't even go straight to video, went straight to TV for a two part mini series.
The original IT was a 2 part TV show, never was it intended for a cinema release unlike the 2 part remake. Please get it right if you are going to make a really daft comment oolong. Oh by the way this film is scheduled for massive worldwide cinema release soooo........

It started out reminding me of sandlot with kids peering into a yard then running away,,,then i actually saw a kid that played in sandlot,,,,then it turned out to be some weird movie thats nothing like sandlot.
