Nowt worse than a working class person who votes labour and thinks they have their interests at heart. I love Limmy but he's about as educated on politics as any other random cunt off the street in the UK, yourself included, which is to say 'not very'.
The largest portion of the EU budget goes towards farming subsidies. In order to receive farming subsidies you need only have arable (farmable) land that is free from forest and wildlife. There is no requirement that you actually be farming anything on that land. So basically, the rich get paid for owning fields that they've forced all the wildlife out of, basically turning them into 'land subsidies' and not 'farming subsidies'. So there's the reveal of lie number 1 for you. Lie number 2 is that you and Limmy seem to think that tory's are the only people who 'steal taxes' when infact Labour MP's are some of the largest recipients of these farming subsidies within the political realm. I wonder why they voted against brexit and wanted to remain in the EU where they get tax money siphoned into their pockets simply because they own land... I wonder why the Labour party is ALWAYS the party trying to INCREASE taxes for 'noble causes' whilst simultaneously unanimously vote in favor of things like the renewal of the Trident nuclear programme where the very same corrupt cunts skim off the top with bonuses and the like....
The same way snobs look down on the working class, is the same way the working class look down upon the middle/upper class. Snobs say the working class are working class because they're stupid, meanwhile the working class say the rich are rich because they're greedy and unfeeling. It's the same kind of ridiculous ignorance that makes people like yourself think that sweeping generalisations are a suitable form of political opinion. The reality is, you don't know details of policy, either proposed OR current, but what you do know is that it's socially acceptable to say 'tory's are all greedy thieving snobs' which makes you seem like you must know something about politics.
The worlds a bit more complicated than 'us and them'.

    • @DM-kv9kj
      @DM-kv9kj 2 роки тому

@@ryanhall4659 Of course all political parties are corrupt. Politics IS corruption, that's how it works. All politicians are now are big business representatives. However, all I do know about the difference is that when Labour were in office, life in the UK and our freedoms and wages were very noticeably greater... Shortly after 2010 things started becoming a lot more miserable, money harder and harder to earn, living costs have skyrocketed, all those opportunities for work and easy, cheap travel all across Europe that I fortunately enjoyed back in the late 90s/2000s are GONE, I can't even buy my mum the perfumes she loves from a place in France anymore because those businesses are now banned from selling online to UK customers... Most trains now cost 4 times what they did under Labour too by the way. I never liked Blair and Brown etc, but life was still a lot better under their government.
Basically, my point is that EVERYONE and their granny now just parrot this "yeah but" argument in response to anyone talking bad about the Tories...and then everyone just votes Tory. They are both corrupt, of course, but the Tories ARE WORSE. Plain and simple. We need radical change in the whole way we go about politics, but until we make that happen, I'll vote Labour over the Conservatives any day of the week, mate. And as for other marginal parties, sadly it's a simple fact that none of them will ever win enough seats in a general election, so it just IS a wasted vote (ie, helping the Tories). The voting and constituency systems need serious change, yes, but were currently stuck with basically a 2 party system, so we HAVE to vote between Labour or Conservative. That's all there is to it until everyone in the country, and preferably other countries too, come together to overthrow the political system and replace it with proper proportional representation. That is to say that all parties who win seats in a general election form, necessarily, a coalition government. This would force political parties to work together instead of just combating one another to win absolute power. It would also remove the 2 party crony system and give voters much more of a voice and influence in the way this country is run. Large and regular public forums should also be introduced, similar to the ancient Greek democratic forums, where each quarter (for example) groups from the public chosen similar to the jury duty system gather in Westminster to publicly (broadcasted) discuss any vital issues of the time. This along with any field experts who could apply for a special speaking position due to having something particular to offer on a given issue. Oh, and anybody wanting to work in politics should not be allowed, by law, to work with any large business, especially multinationals. If they're found to have any links with big businesses, they should go to prison. Simple as. This would at least be a good start in reducing corruption and lack of democracy in government.
These are just a few basic ideas from a nobody (me), so just think what we could do together as a nation to change all these rigged and deeply corrupt systems we have running the country.

Scotland doesn't want London running them (itself a lie), which is a continuation of a partnership that created the largest empire in history and made Scotland rich beyond all expectation, but, instead, want to be run from Brussels as a voiceless colony.
Scotland holds way more influence in British politics than it should relative to its size.
We've had dozens of Scottish ministers at the highest level, including Prime Ministers, chancellors, home secretary's, and everything in between.
Not only that, but they get to vote on British matters whilst having a devolved parliament to govern separately...something the Welsh and Ulster people also enjoy - a right, by the way, which the English are not afforded.
The fact is, Scotland gets a seat at the highest levels of the U.N, has a nuclear deterrent (in its own backyard), and has a much louder voice on the international stage, as part of a united Britain.
The exact same reasons they want to leave the Union are the ones they use to talk up the benefits of the European Union.
You know, co-operation not isolation, pooling sovereignty (something they are happy to do with Brussels but not London), and guaranteeing each others safety and security by the way of mutual support and interdependence.
Still, the best part is Scottish independence will simply speed up the formation of an English government that is for English members only and which revitalises English nationalism.

Try some punctuation, it often helps.
P.S you voted to stay in our union, the U.K, which meant you voted in the Brexit referendum as part of Britain.
We stay together or we leave together...and we left.
Instead of making the best of it you want to take back control so you can give it away.
I'll repeat that - you want to take back control so you can immediately give it away.
There's nothing confident or sovereign about Scottish independence.
It's a timid, weak people desperate to suckle at the saggy nipple of the E.U.
"Please, please, Brussels, take us in and humiliate us...we will do whatever you want, no matter how demeaning".
What's more, you have the gall to berate people who had the courage to leave a system that erases national government and independence, and instead you argue in favour of a centralised superstate.
      Scotland pre independence:
We want independence from this union where we have no say
      Scotland post independence:
We want to join a union where we have no say.
