goosebumps allover me. May the vision of our great heroes past never be truncated. National theatre is a national treasure and must be kept for the next generations of our dear nation. Bankers committee, una do welll ooo
Wow! In 1991, my dad took us there to see a movie. May his soul rest in peace. I plan to visit soon with my family to experience and feel the atmosphere once again. God bless those who are working to restore this national treasure. God bless Nigeria.
This is one of the legacies of Godwin Emefiele. Kudos to him, the late Herbert Wigwe for their leadership on this project. Well done Bankers' Committee. Thank you all.
Kudos to the Bankers’ Committee 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾, Nigeria 🇳🇬 shall continue to rise higher and no demon can stop her greatness!! God bless Nigeria and God bless Africa ❤
Not going to lie, i got slightly Teary watching this. The National theater is arguably our most iconic monument, a symbol of pride just like other monuments scattered across the country. Seeing her rise again felt like seeing the light of healing shine on our badly damaged country. Maybe there's still Hope somewhere afterall. Hats off to the Banker's Committee for the Incredible Job! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Wow! This is amazing work... Kudos to the Banker's Committee, the Renovation team and the Storytelling team. It takes you, I and the next person to make Nigeria better one chapter right after the other. Let's gooo!
Let me say this from the bottom of my heart: you have done well, Committee of Bankers. Thank you so much! That’s the short appreciation I can give at this moment, but I want to beg you for one thing, please, put a maintenance culture into consideration for this beautifully renovated National Theater. I have saved this as my favorite. This is what we keep telling many organizations and committees of people-we don’t need to wait for the government to do everything. Someone who owns a street can join forces with neighbors to build and improve it, making it unique. I really don’t care if there’s any contract or gain attached to this remarkable achievement. What I see here is more than emotional for me. I am happy to be alive to witness this, and I wish I and my family can visit soon.
As Kids, My Mother Would Take Us To The National Arts Theatre To See Plays. And I'm My Junior Secondary School Days, We Had A Drama Competition Amongst Other Schools. I Played The Role Of A No-nonsense Invigilator In The Play, The Incorruptible Judge! I Hope Again, To Play One More Unforgettable Role In That Theatre! A Legacy To Behold! The National Arts Theatre, Lagos! I Love You!
welldone to them!Nigeria clueless leaders are busy buying foreign convoys and jet instead of building a nation.l hope they employ maintenance crew, cleaners, technicans, gardeners to keep the national theater looking new at all times.National theatre can sustain itself financially if they start hosting event there regularly, afronation, comedy nights, beauty pageantry, conferences, tourist attraction etc.l hope federal government bring back national stadium in surulere...
Impressive, well done to Bankers committee. To be honest I wish they break it and build a bigger dome with 15-20 thousand sitting capacity, were artists can perform like the 02 and Madison Square, a place we can truly host international events and big international artists. With such facility we canl make/generate so much money that Eko hotel will be a child's play
God bless bankers committee and may God give them the grace to do greater work in Nigeria Amen
