patch notes in few weeks: - surge has its cooldown back and radius is reduced to 24 meters - survivors downed by knockout can now be seen from 32 meters and the effect disables after 15 seconds like the rest of the effects - auras of items dropped due to franklins are visible throughout the entire map and items no longer lose their charges - mindbreaker no longer applies exhausted effect - pig further nerfed
ye whitemode is pretty neat, i guess it was neater with original freddy where it actually felt like you were in a cursed place where he had constant aura on you at distance and your action speeds were completely screwed, though.. the game lost something unique with his rework, even if thoroughly on the weak side that could've been fixed rather than just trashing it
Anyway, worked on that last one but I think its because they uhh…they didn’t know what they were doing versus them. This is another issue with the pallet thing the devs havent addressed, certain maps don’t allow you to place any pallets until you start breaking them and some maps allow you to place them instantleh, which is obviously going to give you an advantage earlier right, if you can place them right now. Like if I was on one of the known maps, like MacMillian for example, I would’ve been able to place probably about 4-5 pallets right now
I think the rework would’ve maybe went better if it was more like a lvl system similar to nemesis where the more he keeps hitting survivors and putting them into dream, as he levels make it so the hinder goes up more and can teleport faster and takes a few seconds longer to wake up out of dream. Also make it so survivors can’t explode a gen to still wake up
I think, and correct me if I’m wrong, that there is a bit of that. I think the more often you put them in the dream world, the faster their timer fills up.
@ currently the way it works is if they’re not in dream and you hit then it only increases the timer but once they wake up they’re immune completely till it ends and the time is reset. They will go into dream without interfering as well but can still break out with the clocks and be immune.

does the pallets matter though? i thought they were just dogshit because i never see any real use come from them. also i agree i know some killers have built in mechanics to help combat their powers but freddy's powers then and now have never been strong enough for that to make any damn sense
