I was part of a Boy Scouts of America leadership program called NYLT. I was with the program for 5 years, and we taught the boys to make SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relavant, and Timely. We taught them that their vision should be built around this acronym
No one nearly explained it clearly like you did, Sir Alex. And not only that, the amiable smile and welcoming attitude are what make HOW pardon, your audience's experience memorable. Succinct 10 minutes long video with a need to pause after each pillar. Informative content in a simplistic way. Thank you for sharing your persona with us. You're a kind host that is a gift to visit. Working as a Creative consultant, brand coaching is my main mission. But it goes beyond visible and narration. You only clarified and strengthen what I believe is the rightful, humanistic brand statement. I can't miss mentioning how I got here as I'm grateful for it. Brenden Kumarasamy recommended your work recently on LinkedIn. Knowing Brenden's core values, I knew it'll be sagacious. Thank you🖤
Hi Prof. Alex. Thanks for the videos and I have some questions: I know that mission is after vision, can we have a mission without a vision or vice versa? Is there anything before the vision? If the vision, mission, values and strategy are important, why companies without those are succeeding at least to their thinking extend?
None of what are required ? I couldn't get it can you please answer the below questions? Is there anything before the vision? If the vision, mission, values and strategy are important, why companies without those are succeeding at least to their thinking extend?
I think my prof has a crush on you sir.....she plays a different video of yours every single class it seems she can't get enough of your face and voice. Ps: we're on the other side of the planet so you're famous over here too!!
Yes, they are similar. Some companies don't separate them and/or only have one or the other. I see that you've comment on the Mission video, too. So, hopefully that cleared it up. The vision is more about a goal and where the company wants to go as it looks toward the future. The mission is more about the business's ongoing purpose.
how can you become an effective listener and speaker? Why is there a need to observe ethics in communication? I need an answer sir for my assignment 100 to 150 words sir new subscriber sir thank you.
I wish you well on your assignment but I don't provide that kind of service. It's best if you do you own thinking on your school work. But, I do hope you do well on it. I'm sure you'll succeed.
I was actually thinking the same thing after I watched part of it to prepare for this one. It's a great speech. I'd probably do the Moon speech. Love that.

None of these are required. Like you said, some a a vision but no mission statement, etc.

What is the differencr between a nission statement and vision statement ?
Did tou ever posr the Values video ?
Yes, look for _mission, vision, and values_ and my name and it should come up.
Why do actually shall I separate values and vision?? These sounds quite similar...

Radically welcoming imperfect people to the perfect place.

Should try doing JFK's Inaugural speech and moon speech
I was actually thinking the same thing after I watched part of it to prepare for this one. It's a great speech. I'd probably do the Moon speech. Love that.
@@alexanderlyon Obama's 'We can' speech would be another good one too
@@alexanderlyon How's it going with this shortlist, Alex?
🥰
They landed on stage because on the moon they didn´t, so Mission failure is the name
