Well, IN FACT.. The reason why Shadow acts so protective is because Sonic is literally THE ONLY hope to get they're home back. Like, the blue one holds the missing energy of the prism, and if Nine will take it it's gonna be a total fail for our hedgehog duel. I understand this pretty clear, but OH MY FREAKING GOD I *LOVE* to think of them in a lovers way! The ship COULD really be true, to see it closer - all clues and possibilities are open just in a nature of characters😂 It will never be canonized in an official franchise, and that's fine, but still it's gonna live forever in our shipper hearts💙 Haters gonna hate, but they won't destroy our Sonadow dynasty, physically))) Once you see Sonadow - and then you'll never forget it. That's how it worked with me at least✌️ Love it a lot💙🖤❤
Nah that last one where he carries sonic back, that was because he cares. He was no longer stable, so saving Sonic was his choice. Shadow is self sacrificing himself. Sonic tried to save Shadow back on the arc but failed. Shadow returns the favor and succeeds. Really they're not friends, but he respects Sonic and they're on the same side. So he does care 😊 he totally did have that Maria PTSD there tho at the end.
Sonadow is one of my OTPs besides Lumiere x Cogsworth and Jumba x Pleakley. Before any homophobes attack me, don’t even bother. I think Sonic and Shadow are perfect for each other, they are just so cute together.
