By default no, it doesn't have both. But you can always root to get that.
Call recording with announcemet , Samsung's call recording is better

@@tech_tube772 I bought j2 2018 in 2019 at that time at 7700. I was thing cheap amoled panel would get some problems but till this date it's fine but nowadays every phone is getting same lines it's bit suspicious. What if they are doing it intentionally as things went not as expected by them they are giving us discounts and some after warranty support, in initial days of such problems they were just not caring much about customer's issue

@@Tome4kkkk you might be if you stay away from moto software updates, even flagship phones are having the issues... a handful of them started seeing issues outside of warranty period

As long as you are on stock moto rom, moto pushes updates towards it. And updates causes green lines.

Mine got green lines after July 2023 security update... so..
