The light and dark dragon stuff isn't bad, but it's going to take up at minimum two to seven spots in the extra deck.
the trap should've said for the rest of the turn, or until the end of the following end phase. this makes it fair but playable
Dragon lord must lose both ATK and DEF, so it only has 3 negations (3000 DEF)

besides that, Knight Armed Dragon is actually "Armed Dragon Thunder" Support Card which actually works with Tempest. In a Armed-Dragon-Thunder OTK-Deck. And the effect boost the ATK of "Armed Dragon Thunder lvl 10" which helps at least the 10.000 ATK boost for a Board-Whipe.

I think the LADD effect isn't mandatory like the original... it says (Quick Effect) like it's optional activation.
The original is also a quick effect. It just used the now out dated "during either player's turn" text.
It's still mandatory, optional have "you can" in their effect
