I'll wear whatever I think is nice, regardless of the time of year. same with clothes. it's just such an unnecessary "rule" Imo. anyways, I'm impressed at how well these performed, usually I'm not too big a fan of Sally Hansen but I might check some of these out.

I actually do have all of these. I love that Insta-dry formula. They are really gorgeous. I love the brown. Especially in the fall with the orange and green. Those make for some pretty pumpkin, and pumpkin vine nail art. I have this one stampng plate that has all these gorgeous vines. So brown for base, stamp on vines and then some pumpkins. My go to look in the fall. Every year. With a good base and top coat, they last wonderfully
I use to swear by instadri when I was younger. I'm in love with the bright green and blue. Beyond that not so much but glad you could review it for us!💙💚💙💚
Metallic seaweed, and b’dazzled blue, I neeeeeeeed it 😭 I have a weird thing for blues and teals and they make up the majority of my collection. Deep space sparkle is that dusty grey purple I always find myself drawn to. The original crayola collection I found to be pretty boring so no never picked any, but this set is amazing. OMG I stumbled on to this collection at my local Walgreen's and bought all the ones that weren't sold out. The display had only been out for maybe 2 days and the pink, berry & purple we're gone! 😥 😠. The formula for these is amazing and I absolutely love them. So much so that I'm gonna order the ones I'm missing.

I love these colors! Especially shimmering blush, metallic seaweed and b’dazzled blue! But I can’t stand how strong Sally Hansen instadry smells or their bottle brush and how much polish stays on the (for some reason) rectangular bottle brush neck! You can’t scrape the excess of on the bottle neck because that’s round! Haha I don’t know that they were thinking with that decision but the only Sally Hansen bottle I’ll buy is xtreme wear. I was also wondering how you choose from all the collections sent to you which ones to do review/swatches of?

I'm really into that deep space one. That bronze one reminds me of the brown shimmery polish I used to wear a lot in junior high. That one was a bit warmer in tone than this one, but I got huge nostalgic vibes.

i liked the actual metallic ones like the gold and silver and also the bronze one at the end. I wasn't really into the ones that just looked like creme colors with silver glitters in them like the reds, pinks, etc.
Sally Hansen works like crap on my nails. I've tried hundreds, literally - I'm old and poor lol but I now save up for good polishes. The only Sally Hansen I like is the diamond strong. It does keep my frail nails from peeling. I don't know if you've tried "Pretty Jelly" brand, but they've got some GORGEOUS shades, I highly recommend them! You look beautiful, as always.
It's weird because she I first tried SH years ago I HATED it and I just felt like it didn't have good formulas and didn't work on me. I don't remember which ones I used because this was before I was actually into polish haha. But now that I've "rediscovered" them I really enjoy them and I'm pleasantly surprised at the formulas. I'll check out that brand!
Do you use a good base and top coat? Or a nail hardening base coat? When my nails are feeling frail sometimes I use 2 layers of base coat to fill in the cracks. Biotin vitamins helped my nail strength, they used to peel so much no matter what I did. Also SH insta-dry is THICC, and sometimes a little too thick. I notice I need to add a few drops of polish remover to the bottle every month or so or it is too thick to paint in the time it has to dry. It doesn't make them any less opaque, they stay a one coater. I also used to despise it but these tips really helped me love this line of polish.
kitten - I definitely don't recommend using remover in your top coat, it is likely breaking down your top coat and the reason it gets thick and clumpy! Thinner is available at Sally Beauty and one bottle is super cheap and will last you years - and it'll help the polish stay useable for much longer!
kitten - sorry, I read your comment wrong, I thought you were saying you add the remover to your top coat. Adding it to your actual polish is definitely worse tbh! It'll break down the color over time and also keep it from lasting long on your nails!

Some of these are so pretty! I have heard they don’t stamp very well though but it’s possible that’s a batch issue from the person I know who tried it. I think they would make a gorgeous rainbow gradient using six colours across five fingers with two colours on each

Hi Kelli, did you know that if you use a matte top coat between coats of your pastel colours you will have the perfect mani, nice and smooth and good colour level. Lots of love 🤗

Metallic Seaweed I'd get first, then the blue, purple & silvers. Not so much into the chocolate metallic they call a bronze though either. Maybe if you popped in there a few marshmallows you can call it a hot cocoa mani lol. As always, a pleasure & a joy. Like that these are all affordable, since I have to replace all of my polishes since that earthquake, but it's okay there's something about a fresh bottle that has no polish in the neck Haha. Yeah haha hard to start but once you get into it, it's easier! I just find that if I haven't stamped in a while, it's more difficult than usual.

That is a good point! It's not that I don't like the brown, but with that name I was expecting a real bronze haha. So it is just disappointing.

Thinner is available at Sally Beauty and one bottle is super cheap and will last you years - and it'll help the polish stay useable for much longer!

kitten - sorry, I read your comment wrong, I thought you were saying you add the remover to your top coat. Adding it to your actual polish is definitely worse tbh! It'll break down the color over time and also keep it from lasting long on your nails!

Some of these are so pretty! I have heard they don’t stamp very well though but it’s possible that’s a batch issue from the person I know who tried it. I think they would make a gorgeous rainbow gradient using six colours across five fingers with two colours on each

Hi Kelli, did you know that if you use a matte top coat between coats of your pastel colours you will have the perfect mani, nice and smooth and good colour level. Lots of love 🤗

Metallic Seaweed I'd get first, then the blue, purple & silvers. Not so much into the chocolate metallic they call a bronze though either. Maybe if you popped in there a few marshmallows you can call it a hot cocoa mani lol. As always, a pleasure & a joy. Like that these are all affordable, since I have to replace all of my polishes since that earthquake, but it's okay there's something about a fresh bottle that has no polish in the neck Haha.
