Exercises can be done in a thousand ways and educating the family and the delivering mother can be done any moment given with her....just a small depiction in this reel which was randomly shot by my staff spending some me moments with Tejaswi a second time mom whom I met recently. She came for a VBAC. She delivered a big baby 3.7kg by cesarean because she did not progress beyond 3cms...big baby head.
