Hey knarly. Nice to see ya. 😁 Things sure can seize up at times, especially dissimilar metals. I have never found the standard WD40 to be a good penetrant. It is the original WD, Water Displacer. I think WD40 now makes a dedicated "Penetrating fluid" along with a complete line of products which I have never tried. I guess a puller of some sort is required. A 2 jaw puller. I hear CTC, Canadian Tire rents out tools but do not know what pullers are available. Good luck.
