This is no different than any other court that I have been. I was over six jurisdictions over 27 years and we had one county and we caught a circus because it was the judges were too relaxed and did not handle court in the forum that it was meant to be, I have been to court in Atlanta before working for the judicial circuit of the state of Georgia. You have to go to training and sometimes that is going to observe and hear judges, speak, lawyer speak, and you get to see them do trials. I’m just saying that Miss Willis is running this courtroom and it’s not a secret I am not putting anyone because I believe in equal justice I still believe in it even though I’ve been shown the dark side of it as well. But when I got my degree it was because it was my career. That’s what I wanted to be as my career and it turned out to be a normal regular J O B. When it is your career that means you can continue to have faith in what you’re doing and enjoy it and to see Justice met whichever side it lands on it seems to be fair. Everyone does have opinions because in my circuit, we had 5 Superior Court judges, we had six magistrate courts judges. So I have also seen juvenile court judges. I’ve also seen City court judges. I have seen police officers, investigators, GBI agents and other courts as well.. I just feel like the judge is not in control of his room and things are just a hot mess and like I said earlier, nobody has to go with what I see in my knowledge and education you have the right to feel the way you do and what you see and I am not denying you of that. I just stated what I saw based off of my experience and education what was going on. there’s no doubt that I have seen courts that were run fairly in and handled properly and just like I said before I’ve also been in the circuit clown courts as well. So I do have some experience of what it looks like and how it supposed to be performed based off the law and it’s section codes.
If you are asked a question on the stand, and it is a yes, or no answer or I cannot answer a yes or no I need to say more you have to ask the court if you can elaborate on your answer, and usually they will limit while they listen to what you’re talking about before they’ll stop you and say this is off of the subject it doesn’t pertain to this because there is some evidence that is loud and there’s some evidence that isn’t allowed prior to the court hearing. That is called a meeting in the judges, chambers with prosecution and defendants or plaintiff or whatever kind of court you’re holding. And it just seemed like Miss Willis wanted to continue to talk over the attorney, asking her questions and not answering them directly. She wanted to go on and on and into other topics from before after mixing things up and basically that is not control of a courtroom. One day, maybe you should turn your television on and watch a court case and see how it supposed to be done it won’t take to watching too many of them to realize what the form of a courtroom is, and that’s our law and standards. It’s not for debate it’s just the rules.

Ran go back and watch some of her hearings and the way she handles her court and I can tell you that everybody’s saying this is a clown show and it’s the truth, because the judge is not in control of his court which is his job, which she should know that her herself as a judge. This is no different than any other court that I have been. I was over six jurisdictions over 27 years and we had one county and we caught a circus because it was the judges were too relaxed and did not handle court in the forum that it was meant to be, I have been to court in Atlanta before working for the judicial circuit of the state of Georgia. You have to go to training and sometimes that is going to observe and hear judges, speak, lawyer speak, and you get to see them do trials. I’m just saying that Miss Willis is running this courtroom and it’s not a secret I am not putting anyone because I believe in equal justice I still believe in it even though I’ve been shown the dark side of it as well. But when I got my degree it was because it was my career. That’s what I wanted to be as my career and it turned out to be a normal regular J O B. When it is your career that means you can continue to have faith in what you’re doing and enjoy it and to see Justice met whichever side it lands on it seems to be fair. Everyone does have opinions because in my circuit, we had 5 Superior Court judges, we had six magistrate courts judges. So I have also seen juvenile court judges. I’ve also seen City court judges. I have seen police officers, investigators, GBI agents and other courts as well.. I just feel like the judge is not in control of his room and things are just a hot mess and like I said earlier, nobody has to go with what I see in my knowledge and education you have the right to feel the way you do and what you see and I am not denying you of that. I just stated what I saw based off of my experience and education what was going on. there’s no doubt that I have seen courts that were run fairly in and handled properly and just like I said before I’ve also been in the circuit clown courts as well. So I do have some experience of what it looks like and how it supposed to be performed based off the law and it’s section codes.
If you are asked a question on the stand, and it is a yes, or no answer or I cannot answer a yes or no I need to say more you have to ask the court if you can elaborate on your answer, and usually they will limit while they listen to what you’re talking about before they’ll stop you and say this is off of the subject it doesn’t pertain to this because there is some evidence that is loud and there’s some evidence that isn’t allowed prior to the court hearing. That is called a meeting in the judges, chambers with prosecution and defendants or plaintiff or whatever kind of court you’re holding. And it just seemed like Miss Willis wanted to continue to talk over the attorney, asking her questions and not answering them directly. She wanted to go on and on and into other topics from before after mixing things up and basically that is not control of a courtroom. One day, maybe you should turn your television on and watch a court case and see how it supposed to be done it won’t take to watching too many of them to realize what the form of a courtroom is, and that’s our law and standards. It’s not for debate it’s just the rules.

Good question Mr. Boat. The reason is that the prosecutor could have cut her short with "object to the narrative" and she would have to cut it out; Mr. Boat, her own lawyer can't object and the Judge can't do it without an objection. But, the prosecutor realizes she is her own worst enemy. And she is going to have to be facing the Georgia Bar next and I fully expect her to be disbarred and if criminal charges are filed against her then this testimony under oath can not be kept out of that one either. Plus she is lying under oath. This is a prime example of a very marginal lawyer already in way above her head!
