- West Virginia Basketball entered the off season with their future in question, but with the hire of Darian DeVries and the addition of his son Tucker DeVries things started to look a whole lot better. WVU added Javon Small from OSU and a handful of other useful players in the portal.
Today we break down what the 2024-2025 season looks like for the mountaineers. Will they be poised to make the ncaa basketball tournament or will it be a rebuilding year?

Wow, great show. Loved the content. Tucker is soooo much better than anyone on last years team. They will finish in the top half of the conference. A tremendous improvement over last year. Unbelievable job being done by the AD Wren Baker.
Great job from a WVU fan! I was a little worried about the 5 with Andre so this helps a little. I’m hoping we play some small ball with Amani Hansberry at the 5 but we will see! Also don’t sleep on Jayden Stone who we just brought in from the transfer portal who is a sniper to space the floor for DeVries and Small. Should be a fun year and I think the future is bright! 👍🏻
Great Video! Another transfer that WVU got who I really like is Toby Okani, he is very versatile defender and also scored 31 points against DeVries and Drake this past year. FYI even thought his name is spelled Darian its pronounced Darren which is kind of confusing.
I think your absolutely right coach DeVries is the right man to lead them tucker is a great player and small at guard is another great player the transfer portal has been good to us look for big things from WVU.
I like your camera presence. Your analysis was as good as any I have seen and better than many others. Being mostly new players, they still need to mesh, something that was a big weakness of the previous year's team.

Agree. We don't have to worry and struggle with a roster of only 7 eligible players during the OOC season. What a relief!
My first show....Mountaineer Paul sent me here. Say it here and now....WVU will be a 20+ wins this season. Not sure who we play in the Big 12. I still believe we need another big player. We had a chance to get a 7 foot center from Ohio, but he signed with Cincy.
