Love your vids. My dream is to see you do a piece to Two Steps from Hell's "Men of Honor".
I came to your vids by way of your "Sing Second", sent to me by a friend at USMA.

    Nice visuals!
    I own GH5s and sigma 18-35+ metabones .71 adapter.
why did you choose canon 70-200 over sigma 50-100, since you have two sigma lenses already. I would like to hear your inputs on that.

      Devanshu Dodke thank you!
I’ve used the Sigma 50-100 before and absolutely loved it! (I encourage you to check out my video titled “Sing Second” which features three Sigma lenses)
But for personal use, I chose the Canon 70-200 to own because I don’t exclusively do video - I do photography on full frame cameras too. While I’m ok with having a crop-circled lens like the 18-35 as my video powerhouse lens, every other lens in my arsenal needs to serve as both a quality video and photo lens. Frankly, a good Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS II annihilates the Sigma 50-100 in that regard. Not just for full frame reasons, it also has the wider range, longer reach, image stabilization, rugged durability, etc.
Again, the Sigma 50-100 is a brilliant lens and I’d love to use it again some time, but as a multifaceted storyteller with a limited personal “budget”, the 50-100 is a tad bit too novel to own for the moment
