Back on the Streets: I SURVIVED A WEEK IN UA-cam JAIL!
NOTE: I thought I'd be able to upload this on Tuesday...but they made me wait an extra day!
Many of you were wondering why I didn't post new videos last Wednesday -- as it was the FIRST Wednesday EVER that I failed to deliver new content. Well, it's because I was in UA-cam jail -- that is to say, I inadvertently violated their Terms of Service, so was blocked from posting new content for 7 days.
Now that my sentence has been served...I'm free again, and can tell you the whole story. Better pour yourself a drink for this one!

UA-cam is shooting itself in the foot. Time takes care of everything.
Hopefully, a true stable alternative to UA-cam pops up.
What YT does to its content creators who try to follow the rules is unconscionable.
YT plays favorites and penalizes people who are smaller channels and don't align with YT's political philosophy (which is pro-big corporation, pro-authoritarian gov't).
YT is sowing the seeds of its destruction for the past few years... I think the time will come when YT is as relevant as MySpace has been for over a decade AND as irrelevant as Facebook is rapidly becoming!

Strangely enough, there was a huge car wreck in Austin that took out electricity for 4000 people and, apparently, took out my internet as well, so I was off the net for a bit while you were off UA-cam. Your anklet that fell off remined me of a Black Onyx bracelet a Native American woman gave me. A friend and I were documenting the Lenape Indians and before we left she said "let me give you this" and she slipped the bracelet onto my left wrist. Afterwards she said, "this will help to keep you grounded."

Yes, Ross had a video and it said you were in UA-cam Jail and that's where I learned about it and you stayed in the the mine with him and his dogs. I wasn't sure what the heck was going on. I've been watching you for years, like when you went exploring in your Ford Ranger and your language was a little more "rougher" than it is now. Keep up the great work and sharing it with us.

What I don’t get is that just today I saw an ad on YT for delta 9 gummies.
I guess you don't know what censorship is. As deplorable as YT is for many things, it's a private company that allows people to make money under their terms. If you don't like the terms, do something else. YT is forcing creators to make shorts, and everyone is hating it. Adapt or find another way to make money.
And, yes, YT DOES censor comments/statements, there is not free speech on YT. But, if you are thinking of using their platform for your comments, they control what gets viewed. I'm sure the government has something to do with that, like they did with Twitter and Facebook, controlling dissent and opposing viewpoints. Welcome to 1984.

I got put in UA-cam jail for 24 hrs because I spoke harshly about the BATF and apparently hurt their tender feelings since little old me was jailed for "bullying" a large and powerful federal agency.
Yeah, I always find it ironic and amusing that people stand up for big corporations that ABUSE our rights and THEIR privileges all the time!
Simps and pathological hypocrites are the most pathetic people on the planet.
Glad you are out and the skits were hilarious! UA-cam is wild. I had three videos demonized, stripped of all audio, AND got a strike on a different channel because I used music that wasn't in their licensing scheme ... even though I could prove I had a usage license from the artist. SMH

I know two ( 2 ) friends..., that was kicked off ( UA-cam ) permanently on their first violation or as you say, "First Check Mark" or the end "Three Checks" and you are permanently off UA-cam... * "UA-cam" has kicked people off ( permanently ) on their first offense... A violation or not playing by their rules..., there should be a ( warning ) and the violator will ( NOT ) do it again... Being kicked off UA-cam on your first violation is ridiculous ! ! ! !
