Greetings from Kenya. I've always wanted to visit Malawi. I'm into the tobacco business and my research shows Malawi produces the best tobacco on the continent.
This is the first Kenyan running camp video I see of someone who is not a regular runner. I nearly ended the video but decided to watch what your journey would be like.
Yara Mel, a Mozambican in Kenya, is the true embodiment of the Nigerian 'Go Ebaide.' You two should collaborate sometime! You’re also quite a runner-Mozambique had Maria Mutola, after all. And you're adventurous too! That walk with Nicholas to the waterfall was incredible. Drinking the water directly from the source? Most people wouldn’t dare! 😂 As for Nicholas, what a great guy! 🙏🏿
This is the Video that touched My heart the Most. As an amateur runner on Saturdays (10km), this is on point 🎯. I found out by experience, Water is a no-no for long distance nonstop jog + humongous headphones 🎧
YARA such a great video! I cycled up to Iten and yo it was so challenging! I wanted to go back down to lower altitudes haha. Props to you for actually training there! Also I went to Jamaica hotel too!!
Great stuff! Am inspired,am training for my second ever marathon on 8 December and I am planning to run sub 4 hours. My first marathon was in September which I ran in 4:12 minutes.
I found this experience to be even more enjoyable than I had anticipated. Your inspiration has motivated me to strive for greater achievements and to dream on a larger scale💪
You've to first get into places like Nairobi where the Altitude is not as high 1700m. That high altitudes areas needs someone who's used to it. There are some areas like where i train, the altitude is as high as 2500-2600m with alot of steep hills and highland, trust me you'd love to see it😅. Eat more of cerials carbs fruits you'll be much better. You can be a Mozambique running star someday 😂keep the spirit and all the best. Visit Kenya 🇰🇪 again you're welcome sis.
Nice experience and your coverage was amazing... I would be going to kenya soon to train,so is there a way i can get nicholas's details because,i need a coach. Thank you.

All their investments end up in Eldoret. Except for a few veterans who have set up private training camps.
