I love it. At first it was just pure sugar like the base of Gentle Fluidity Gold, then it turned into a straight up clone of Intense Cafe. Now I've had it for a couple of weeks and it's aged a bit more I can pick up on the other notes like the tobacco, rhubarb and chocolate. These middle eastern fragrances can totally change from when you first try them. I've had some where I've thought I'd been scammed, it had barely any smell, but after a few weeks it was gorgeous and after a couple of months it was super strong. It happened particularly with Fragrance World Gentle Gold, it literally smelled of faint juniper berries and nothing else, then I tried it again a couple of weeks later and it was a blast of super sweet powdery vanilla. I bought another two bottles straight away. So for the people who have bought Mocha Wood and aren't impressed, give it time, it'll get stronger and more nuanced. I liked mine from the beginning anyway but it's got even better now. It leans very feminine to me though, it's unisex but if you're a man who likes unisex to mean more on the masculine side then you'll probably not like it. I like girly, gourmand, vanilla, rose, amber, sugary, marshmallow, caramel, and certain types of floral like Delina and it's right up my street. I hate anything too fresh and citrusy person or floral in the way CK Eternity is.
yes there are a lot of reviewers who dont like fragrance world perfumes but some are winners, hope you get to test more from the house, most specially the sauvage elixir clone of FW called Suave Elixir [or maybe even the regular ones Suave or Suave Intense] , also the ADG Profumo clone which is called Aqua de Classic Profumo, thank you
@@bzpwhx everyone is different, I've bought fragrances in the past that have been raved about only to be very disappointed by performance on my skin, this bangs for me though.
Yup. Got Green Sapphire and Mocha Wood. Have to say that Green Sapphire didn't do it for me but got a number of complementary comments from lady friends. Mocha Wood didn't work for me too. I wish that it were possible to easily get samples before purchasing blind. Mocha Wood was one I felt like I'd smelt a hundred times before. That really does not detract from the fact that it's pleasant. Still love Dirham.
I had the same feeling about Mocha Wood before even smelling it. Like it was going to be the same as many others I’ve smelled before, the Lattafa Raghba DNA with minor tweaks. I am glad I was wrong, not 100% wrong as it does have a bit of similarity but Mocha is something else.
I just received my bottle today and I can definitely say it smells exactly like montale intense cafe.i will stock more bottles of it as I like intense cafe a lot
@@misskamisahketak8524 original is better.montale is known for its projection and longevity.original projects for about 3-4 hours and lasts on skin for 10+ and on clothes around 20 hours.the performance of mocha wood is 70% omparison to original.Considering the price. The scent profile is very identical.
I just ordered this one last night, based off another reviewers reaction. If you have not tried it yet, fragrance world clone of mahogany woods, Hard Wood is phenomenal! It truly is so good! Looking forward to trying this one!
I own this. To me, it smells like exactly like a glass of super strong Pepsi and some rum. It's almost too strong. I will never wear this to work ever again as just about cleared the room
I read it was a clone of Intense Café, in the comments on fragrantica, but the notes are completely different to Intense Café and Roses Vanille, which are very similar to each other. The notes are identical to Boadicea The Victorious Hero. However, someone in the comments for Hero said it smells like Intense Cafe so it must smell similar. This has got Saffron, Rhubarb, Oud, Tobacco and other notes not present in IC or RV. Fragrance World are a great brand though, so it'll probably be really nice.
I bought it, it does smell like Intense Cafe, Roses Vanille etc. It actually smells like a sweeter version of Gentle Fluidity Gold to me. Like the sweet ambery vanilla base of Atomic Rose. I don't get any tobacco, oud, patchouli or rhubarb. Maybe a hint of rhubarb if I really try. It's really nice though, very feminine to my nose and strong. I think the chocolate will probably get stronger with time.
They dont fool anyone. Look at the prices and EVERYONE knows its a clone. Just trying to give a semse of the original most time the longevity ismt close but they give one an idea of the scent profile of the original
Too bad this isn't a cheapy for those in the U.S. Cheapest I could find was $53 after international shipping or $55 from amazon if youre from the states and want it.

Ifi, you are the only fragrance reviewer I watch these days because your taste matches my own so closely. I must try this, many thanks to you 🙏
Thank you for posting Ionut, best wishes to you from Minnesota:)
Nice to see you my friend ❤️
Nice 1 ,I also rate this one similar to roses vanille mancera to my nose

Nice review
It really is an amazing fragrance, intoxicating scent, lasts forever and gets compliments all the time, simply beautiful.
Intoxicating??? It is so bland can't even tell if I sprayed it or not!! May be it is my bottle but frankly speaking I have thrown it away.

Just blind bought this today because of your review can't wait to try out

The bottle reminds me a little bit of Tom Ford Black Orchid as well. 😎

How is it im terms of performance and smell in yourexperience..i see some mixed reviews.
Can you please review Green Sapphire also from this line, it's green beautiful bottle
It’s an amazing scent
Detour noir is awesome but I agree bottle sucks big time and on my skin last 2h but smells amazing , just ordered mocha and green sapphire let’s see
Where did you buy this from...?? Dirham is such a lovely frag but I can't it in Greece either...
ordered it yesterday
I agree this smells like an expensive fragrance and incredible longevity 12 hours+ unfortunately I found this too feminine it's quite rose heavy
Please review Green Sapphire from Fragrance World
What is the production date of your Mocha Wood?
I've had this for nearly two years. lovely scent. wish you hadn't reviewed it. Now everyone will know about it. 🤣🤣
how the performance?
Violet Sapphire bears a very close resemblance to Xerjoff Erba Pura
If the quality is as good as in Mocha Wood then it might be worth getting also. Cheers!
Mine smells minty. Is this the way it is supposed to smell. I think I got a bad bottle🥺
What’s this a dupe of?
Green Sapphire is fantastic as well. To me it smells like Amouage Epic man with a crisp raspberry note thrown on top
Thanks for sharing. Will get that one too.
I second that, fantastic liquid indeed.
I have both. Mocha wood is the better of the two by a mile. I hardly wear Green Sapphire. Mocha Wood projects beautifully in the cold weather.
Does it hell it smells nothing like it .

Could you please tell me where to buy this fragrance?
Where are you from?
@@ifishares where, if possible, can you get it in the United States?
Absolutely unavailable in continental Europe, sadly.
I heard it's a dupe of roses Vanille
It’s not cause I had roses vanille. It’s similar but not a clone

@@melodyvalentine8779 thank you very much for the description
Is there a rose scent to this?
Yes, but it’a like a jammy rose and not very obvious.
Mine must be a fake then it stinks really bad on me .I bought this and green sapphire both are just cheap crap .
Has it gotten better with time
Ankara messi

That’s such a shame. But I guess it goes the other way around for the some of the fragrances in the US.
I think it's cheap and not nice to the nose . I'm throwing mine in the trash . Blind buy 😩
Give it some time, you'll probably like it
I just got mine I had tp spray 6 times in the sane spot just to get it ti project. Skin scent
Totally agree!!
I love it and buy a backup bottle 💖💖💖
