- In this English lesson I'll help you learn words and phrases you can use to talk about driving. Cars, vans, and trucks are amazing inventions, and there are so many ways to talk about driving them in English. In this free English class I'll explain some basic and some intermediate vocabulary about driving.
In this free English class you'll learn words and phrases like: backseat driver, asleep at the wheel, roundabout, intersection, run a red light, drunk driving, cut off, pull over, pull into, pull out of, back out, beat the rush, rush hour, and many more!
I hope you enjoy this English lesson about driving. Have a great day!
Also, I want to thank Mohd Ags for the idea for this English lesson, and for sending me his notes so I could use them. That was awesome Mohd! Thanks!
⌛ Remember: Always watch the video three times. Twice today with English subtitles on, and once tomorrow with the English subtitles off. This will reinforce the English you have learned!

Good morning, Bob!
Thank you very much for the informative lessons, I always watch them with great pleasure. I don't drive a car myself, I trust the men from my family. To drive a car in a big city, you need to have strong nerves.
My husband is interested in who should give way to whom at the roundabout? The rules in our region have changed several times. At the moment, the one who enters the circle must give way to the one who is already moving in a circle. Have a nice day!❤
Here the person in the circle has the right of way. 😎🚜🌲
Thank you very much 🌹🌹🌹

Cars are additional expenses for most of my friends. It's more reasonable to spend one year's savings on travelling (instead of insurances)

a little while ago my family and I need to attend a wedding in a big unfamiliar city too far away from our home. we trust the GPS in the first place but we took a long time to get to the destination cause we had been on the wrong way, the GPS sometimes leads us to the wrong way I think part of the reason is I have a bad internet connection and then there might be a 100 route to get to there, once we lost internet and we got the wrong way there's always a new route comes out. but eventually, we get to our destination.
How much the fine when you run a red light in Canada?
Hi, Bob! I am already in Canada NB. Your accent is better than local residents of NB😂. I don't understand them😢. I heard you are from NF and LB, right? Your english is the best for me! ❤ T U
I'm from Ontario. A bit further west! 😎🚜🌲
Teacher, when watching the video in widescreen mode on the full screen of the mobile phone, the top part of the video disappears, and the explanation above the image.
In run over topic, the car with ukranian numbers?
I'm not sure. I get the video clips from a web service called Storyblocks! 😎🚜🌲
Did you repost the video?
I edit the Friday livestream and remove the user comments so it is shorter. Some people like to watch it again for review. 😎🚜🌲
I missed the subtitle. 😢
