Beautiful festival. But, I find it very strange, a little hateful that Hindus keep trying to claim Kalash culture as their culture. I have had many arguments. From what I know, and what's visible on your videos, Kalash culture has nothing to do with Hinduism. It's wrong that they continue trying to make false claims.

That’s why they’re always triggered whenever they see the beautiful Pakistani people, food and cultures and try to claim everything as theirs lol when not every Pakistani like the kalash were migrated from India

There won't be any Kalash left to argue over, since they will all be Muslim. The women will disappear behind the veil, no more dancing in public in colorful costumes for them. As Daud Khattak says in “Anxious Times In Pakistan’s Pagan Valley" (2019), 'It is apparent that the pressure from the dominant religion is no doubt causing change in the behavioural pattern of these people, especially their future, their children. Kalash children are not taught about their own culture, religion, or history in schools, where most of the teachers are Muslims. As reported in April, 2019, calls to pray now ring five times a day from 18 mosques across the Bumburet valley, the result of a boom in the construction of Muslim houses of worship. The swelling influence of Islam in the area has alarmed many in the Kalash community who worry that their traditional way of life is slipping away right before their eyes' .
