Hi Terry I agree with you this place was super cool. They must have had 100 or more horses. The indoor and outdoor track was neat. I love that little apartment with the spiral staircase. These people knew how to live. I really liked all the bathrooms in that house and all the wood. This house had everything you could want. Horseback riding and a swimming pool and so many other things to numerous to name. I certainly can believe it cost $30,000.000. Well Terry you have taken us on another cool exploration. Nice work. You really know how to pick them. Thanks for bringing us along with you. Stay safe and well out there.🐎👍 PS I was wondering if you can tell me if the fires in Canada are still burning. The news hasn’t said anything about it and I’m just curious to know since I don’t know anyone who lives in Canada.
If that were my estate they would have had to give me 7 figures to leave that beautiful place. Does anyone have any appreciation for these stunning places except those of us who can’t afford to save them? I don’t understand why these aren’t at least salvaged for the solid wood that was used back then. Glad you documented this. What a beautiful place! Oh and the big chair is called a hall tree I believe. You could hang coats and sit down to take off shoes and boots. I love the old farming equipment just waiting for the owner to hook it back up to the tractor. Love this explore!!
So far I am only up to the part where you are in the master bathroom and I want to thank you for showing the tub. Some explores swing there cameras so fast you only get a glimpse of it, You move the camera slowly so we can get a good look. The only thing I didn't care for was the color of the kitchen.
Fantastic location Terry. Wow, the house is beautiful. I didn't like the color on the kitchen cabinets, other than that, everything was cool. Really big property. Take care.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
If they don't use that house maybe they can sell it and have it moved somewhere that someone can enjoy for many more years. If they had lowered the price someone might have bought this place and it could continue to be in use as it should have been, very sad that it's being taken down.
What a shame. Leave it to developers to push horse people out of their homes to develop and ruin the land. They pave paradise and put up a parking lot.
Absolutely love this house. The bathroom is a little too blue, but love the banister on the stairs. Love the wood on the walls but definitely not a fan of the orange & melon colored walls. ❤
Another great exploration with our handsome tour guide Terry!! 👍👍👍
My favorite room was the blue bathroom --that tub was gorgeous 😍

I haven't heard anything about them either (other than they arrested some one who started some of them). So I'm assuming they have died off
The fires were finally contained and mostly out by October.
We don’t normally get a lot of rain over summer, it starts again in October ( in BC anyway).

Massive swimming pool, omg, love it, Wish I had the money to buy that place & fix it up.
Me too!!
That is a huge barn with the inside riding area. ❤
I would definitely live there. ❤
