Found this model online and the seller has put it up for a few days now, after watching this review I'm definitely gonna purchase it. Btw nicely detailed and thorough review!
@@digitalcasio2704 A little update, I just purchased this watch for 25$ online haha can't wait to receive it. Oh well I guess any Data Bank band will do right?
Yes I bought it on eBay. It was a lucky find as it has the original band and was like new. Seller had buy it now for $25, which i snapped up in an instant. 😁
Waiting on a DB25 in the post, seeing some rarer Databanks on your channel is exactly what I was hoping for (especially the less clunky looking ones for my lady wrists) Lovely vid!
I have the DB-25 and the rarer DB-25B. I want to make a video for these but I am still trying to source another case as a lug is broken on one. As soon as I do I will make a video. Thanks for the compliment.
Oh my God, finally I found this useful video! It was my match i used during my elementary school back in the 1995, my Dad bought it at Singapore. What makes it unques are the horizontal and round button, quite simple and game mode style😍 Sadly, I've lost it during driving motorbike, It was fallen from my wrist😣. 90s cool memory... Thanks for the video Brother👍👍👍 will surely hunt this cool watch!!
I had it first year of middle school 6th grade in 1995 as well, I remember looking at it and seeing '95 on the watch. I thought it was so cool to be able to put phone numbers of my classmates in it...
Very interesting video thank you ,I've just got a Casio WV-59 Wave Ceptor, the price seems to be creeping upwards so I'm glad I got it now at a good price keep up the good work.
@@nhannguyen-io1ui Sorry for being so insistence but I really needed to find it to you, and I finally founded the original one! ua-cam.com/video/aW9bpwwVL0I/v-deo.html
Between the silver and the gold? The gold tends to wear off if used regularly. The silver holds up better. Other than the color there is no difference.
Ah I see. Well it really all depends what you want. The DB-500 is my particular favorite because it is really high quality but the downside is that the calendar only went up to year 2019. The DB-31 in my experience has weak lugs and ends up breaking rendering it useless. Then you have the DB-1500 which is feature pa ked but tends to go for high dollar. The DB-520 is perfect middle ground, well priced and good features.

Thank you. I should point out that I was not able to find a replacement original band for sale.

That's a good buy. There are plenty of casio bands out there, just got to try and figure which one would go best.
@@RazziPermana Hi Bro, where did you buy it? Through Ebay? Was it come with the original band?? Lucky you bro!👍👍👍

I picked up the db-520,does it matter which one? Is one model better than the other 🤷🏻♂️

What I meant was there are tons of model variants is one better than the other
