The biggest problem with AC Valhalla's parkour is Eivor never jumps where you want her to. Join my discord server: / discord Follow me on Twitch: / ajayavsm
They took away the snappy manual jump when your character is on a perch-able object like a railing or beam. That disrupted the flow of parkour MASSIVELY. Eivor feels magnetized to railings because the acceptable angle for jumping from them is decreased for some dumb reason.
Origins had excellent world design, and sure the parkour was simplified but it still worked very well. Odyssey used the same mechanics but the world design was so bad you could hardly parkour in the game. Valhalla has really good world design too, however, the parkour is really clunky.

Chasing flying papers in Valhalla gave me PTSD.
He found a new invis barrier lol
This video makes me hyped for Mirage even more tbh.
Parkour has been killed since Origins.

@@ajayavsm7476 Yeah I have to agree that valhal-ssey parkour is more clunky than Origins.
@@ajayavsm7476 The word you're going for is level design, not world design, though Origins was decent in that area as well.
@@Pankypops thanks
have you tried walking on the platform at different areas
i use keyboard bc whit joystick its imposible to do parkur
I would the opposite since you can aim your moves at any direction using gamepad while keyboard offers nothing more than left-right-forward-back
worst parkour in the franchise
Console gamers be like
Just focus and youll get better lol
